Damon Henry
Damon Henry is the CEO and co-founder of Asylon Robotics, a Philadelphia-area company building an American-made robotic perimeter security platform that pairs autonomous aerial drones, robot dogs, and human-in-the-loop AI into a Robotics-as-a-Service offering. An MIT-trained aeronautical engineer who worked at GE, Boeing, and Johns Hopkins APL before founding the company in 2015 with two dorm roommates, Henry has grown Asylon into a company that has flown more than 100,000 security missions for Fortune 500 firms and the Department of Defense, and raised a $26M Series B led by Insight Partners in 2025.
Deborah Theobald
Deborah Theobald is the co-founder and CEO of b Inc. (formerly Vecna Technologies), a Burlington, Massachusetts company building telepresence robots and automation for healthcare, education, government, and tourism. An MIT-trained aerospace engineer with a master's in space robotics, she has spent more than two decades turning research-grade robotics into tools that help people connect and get care. She also founded VecnaCares, a charitable venture deploying health-record technology in low-resource settings across Africa, Haiti, and beyond. Her guiding belief: technology should serve humanity, not overshadow it.
Jin Stedge
Jin Stedge is the co-founder and CEO of TrueNorth, a San Francisco freight-tech company building an AI loadboard and virtual dispatcher named Loadie that helps independent truckers find loads, price them, and get paid. Born in Korea and adopted at seven into an American family of owner-operators, she studied aerospace engineering at MIT, did neuroscience research, and worked in HR tech and autonomous driving before returning to her family's roots in trucking. She founded TrueNorth in 2019 with Sanjaya Wijeratne, raised a $50M Series B backed by Sam Altman and Lachy Groom, and earned a spot on Forbes 30 Under 30.
Diego Saavedra-Kloss
Diego Saavedra-Kloss is the founder and CEO of Sandy Health, a San Francisco startup building a financial intelligence platform for healthcare providers. An MIT-trained aerospace engineer who spent years building infrastructure at LeapYear Technologies and Rad AI, Diego now points AI at the least glamorous problem in medicine: the paperwork that decides whether a clinic gets paid. Sandy Health calculates expected reimbursement before a visit, tracks the actual payment after, and shrinks the gap in between. The company raised a $1.5M pre-seed round in November 2025.
