Peter Martin
Peter Martin is the co-founder, President and CEO of Siesta Medical, a Los Gatos medical device company building minimally invasive treatments for obstructive sleep apnea that need no masks and no machines. Since 2009 he has guided the company from an idea to FDA-cleared products - the Encore System, the Revolution Suture Passer and the AIRLIFT hyoid suspension procedure - that reposition the airway with two small implants and a stitch. A Duke and Stanford trained mechanical engineer, he spent 15-plus years in medical device operations before turning Siesta into one of the most-cited names in surgical sleep apnea care.
Jim Hori
Jim Hori is President and CEO of the YMCA of Silicon Valley, one of the largest YMCA associations in the United States. He took the helm in June 2022 after 22 years at Silicon Valley Bank, where he served as Managing Director and led the SVB Foundation for 19 years. A Fresno native and Fresno State graduate, Hori spent more than a decade on the YMCA board before being asked to run the place.

Sagi Ben-Moshe is the founder and CEO of Lumana, a hybrid-cloud AI video security platform headquartered in Los Gatos with R&D roots in Tel Aviv. A serial entrepreneur and former Chief Incubation Officer at Intel - where he ran the RealSense computer vision division - he is rebuilding video surveillance around AI that perceives context, not just pixels.
Brian Fahey
Brian Fahey is a serial medtech entrepreneur who co-founded Adona Medical, a clinical-stage company developing an adjustable interatrial shunt with integrated bi-atrial pressure sensors for heart failure management. A Duke-trained biomedical engineer and Stanford Biodesign alumnus, Fahey previously co-founded Niveus Medical, which delivered over 10,000 ICU rehabilitation treatments before being acquired by Stryker in 2017. At Adona, he guided the company through $95.5M in total funding including a $33.5M Series C in 2024, and oversaw the initiation of first-in-human clinical trials before stepping down as CEO in December 2025.
