A Polytechnique Montréal engineering graduate who earned dual MIT master's degrees in Transportation and Operations Research, Lepage previously built operations at Rocket Travel (a Booking Holdings company) and consulted at McKinsey before betting that the $66B cruise industry — where 80% of bookings still flow through travel agents — was ripe for a tech-native overhaul. Cruisebound has since raised $37.8M in total funding, serves customers averaging nine years younger than typical cruisers, and routes 42% of support queries through AI, positioning itself as the fastest-growing national online cruise agency.
Jeffrey Sprau
Jeffrey Sprau is the CEO of Legence, the building-performance platform that went public on Nasdaq (LGN) in September 2025. An industrial engineer by training, he runs a 6,300-person operation that designs, builds, and tunes the mechanical guts of the buildings most people never think about - data centers, hospitals, semiconductor fabs - with the explicit goal of cutting their carbon and energy use.

Jake Olsen, P.E. is the CEO of Stratus, the leading cloud software platform for MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) contractors, helping hundreds of firms digitize workflows from BIM design through fabrication to field installation. Marc Montserrat is the Chief Executive Officer of DNA Script, a French-American biotech pioneering enzymatic DNA synthesis - a technology that lets labs print custom DNA on demand, in hours instead of days. A Wharton MBA and industrial engineer by training, Montserrat spent two decades building commercial operations at Ariosa Diagnostics (prenatal testing), Omniome (next-gen sequencing), and Deepcell (AI-powered single-cell analysis) before co-founding Splice Bio and ultimately landing as CEO of DNA Script in October 2024. He was drawn into life sciences after a misdiagnosis scare at 24 that convinced him life was too short to spend on work without meaning.
Ritesh Ragavender
Ritesh Ragavender is the Founder and CEO of Reflex Robotics, a New York-based startup building affordable, general-purpose wheeled humanoid robots for warehouse and logistics operations. A former MIT student with roots in quantitative finance and a prior YCombinator-backed startup, Ragavender launched Reflex in 2022 with a team drawn from Boston Dynamics, Tesla, Anduril, and Oculus. A UC Berkeley robotics PhD and founding member of FANUC's Silicon Valley research center, Tang combines deep academic research with industrial commercialization experience. His flagship robot, Pixmo, autonomously unloads shipping containers at 1,000 boxes per hour, won MHI's Best New Innovation award at ProMat 2025, and helps customers reduce receiving labor costs by up to 60%. In March 2025 Anyware Robotics closed a $12M seed round led by GFT Ventures, accelerating commercial deployments with leading third-party logistics providers.

Margo de Naray is the Chief Executive Officer of Solestial, Inc., a Tempe, Arizona-based space solar power startup pioneering radiation-hardened, ultrathin silicon solar cells that self-cure radiation damage at low operating temperatures. Appointed CEO in May 2025 following the company's $17M Series A funding round, she brings 20 years of cross-industry leadership spanning aerospace (Astra Space), agribusiness (Cargill), and semiconductor manufacturing (Intel). Solestial's technology promises to slash the cost of spacecraft solar arrays by roughly 90% compared to incumbent III-V multijunction technology, using automated manufacturing and widely available silicon to make reliable space-grade solar power accessible at scale.
