Mina Fahim
Mina Fahim is the CEO and President of MediView XR, a Cleveland-based medical technology company giving clinicians a form of 3D 'X-ray vision' by fusing CT scans and live ultrasound into holograms surgeons can see through a headset. A University of Minnesota-trained biomedical engineer and former Medtronic research engineer, he helped steer MediView to the first FDA 510(k) clearance for an AR device that combines live imaging with 3D XR visualization (the XR90), a $24M Series A led by GE HealthCare, and the world's first-in-human AR tumor ablation at the Cleveland Clinic. His mantra: simplify, democratize, and inform care.
Ray Liu
Ray Liu is the CEO and co-founder of Vena Vitals, an Irvine, California medtech startup building a soft, skin-like sticker that tracks blood pressure continuously, beat by beat, without cuffs or invasive arterial lines. A National Science Foundation fellow turned operator, Liu spent two decades inside GE Healthcare, Siemens, and Vizient, and racked up two health-tech exits before reuniting with a former Berkeley labmate, UC Irvine professor Michelle Khine, and PhD scientist Josh Kim to turn a material-science breakthrough into a clinical product. Backed by Y Combinator, MedTech Innovator, and EvoNexus, Vena Vitals has tested its sensor on 600-plus patients in operating rooms and is targeting FDA clearance in 2026.
MediView XR, Inc.
MediView XR is a Cleveland, Ohio med-tech company building augmented-reality 'X-ray vision' for surgeons. Founded in 2017 on Cleveland Clinic intellectual property, MediView's FDA-cleared XR90 platform and OmnifyXR Interventional Suite let clinicians see a patient's 3D anatomy - bone, tissue, organs, and vasculature - holographically projected through the skin during minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided procedures. Backed by GE HealthCare, Mayo Clinic, and Cleveland Clinic, the company raised a $24M Series A in October 2025.
R. Scott Jones
R. Scott Jones is the Chairman and CEO of Intravascular Imaging Incorporated (i3), a Wilton, Connecticut medtech startup commercializing a 3-French NIRF-IVUS catheter that lets cardiologists see both the anatomy and the biology of a diseased coronary artery in a single pass. A medical device operator with more than 25 years in the field, he once ran GE Medical Systems' cardiovascular business across the Americas and Asia and has steered companies from two-person startups to organizations of 7,000 employees. At i3 he is the commercial engine behind a technology born in the labs of Massachusetts General Hospital and the Technical University of Munich.

Sher Baig is the Founder and CEO of CyberSalus (Cyber Salus Inc.), a global MedTech cybersecurity company protecting medical devices and clinical ecosystems across 150+ hospitals worldwide. With 17+ years of healthcare experience - including a decade building GE Healthcare's global Medical Device Cybersecurity commercial organization from the ground up - Baig launched CyberSalus around 2022, scaling it to manage over 2-3 million medical device endpoints. He also serves as an Advisor to the Ministry of Health, Singapore on medical device cybersecurity policy, and is a recognized speaker at HIMSS, Arab Health, and Hospital Management Asia conferences.
