Ren Menon
Ren Menon is the cofounder and CEO of OrthoFX, a Fremont-based dental technology company reinventing clear aligner therapy. A former Invisalign executive with over two decades in the clear aligner space, Menon launched OrthoFX in 2019 with co-founders from Align Technology and Philips Oral Care to offer doctor-delivered, AI-monitored clear aligners at roughly half the cost of Invisalign. The company has raised $17 million across three rounds - most recently a $13M Series A led by SignalFire - and has developed proprietary polymer technology including its HyperElastic FXTetra material and the FDA-cleared AirFlex aligner system. OrthoFX operates a hybrid D2C/B2B model, combining direct consumer access with professional orthodontist delivery, underpinned by the FXOnTrack AI platform for remote patient monitoring.

Elizabeth Lopez is the CEO and founder of Brite Cleaning Industries (BCI), a California-based commercial cleaning and facilities management company she built from a single office client in 2005 into an operation serving over 50 million square feet weekly. A women-owned, GBAC-certified enterprise headquartered in Fremont with reach across Northern and Southern California, BCI serves corporate offices, manufacturers, healthcare facilities, aviation, and government organizations. Lopez is known for her community engagement and for maintaining a 90% employee retention rate and 85% customer retention rate in a demanding service industry.
Rohan Marfatia
Rohan Marfatia is the CEO of DataCRaiM, Inc. (formerly Beround), a technology consulting firm specializing in Data, AI, and CRM solutions for equipment leasing, finance, and MedTech/healthcare sectors. With over 20 years of experience across India, the UK, the Netherlands, and the United States, he has built a career at the intersection of enterprise technology and human-centered leadership. A TEDx and keynote speaker, President of IAMCP Northern California, and a 2024 Fremont mayoral candidate, Marfatia is also running for Alameda County Supervisor in 2026. Nicolas Pinkowski
Nicolas Pinkowski is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nitricity, a Fremont, California-based clean energy company reinventing how nitrogen fertilizer is made. Armed with a Stanford PhD in Energy Systems, Pinkowski and his co-founders turned a backyard experiment on a lemon tree into a $95M-funded company producing organic nitrogen fertilizer from air, water, renewable electricity, and recycled almond shells. Their flagship product, Ash Tea, delivers 92% lower emissions than conventional fertilizers, has achieved OMRI certification, and has already generated over $150M in binding offtake agreements. Pinkowski was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2021 and is an Unreasonable Food Fellow (2024), leading Nitricity's expansion from California into global markets.
Bingrui Yang
Bingrui Yang is the Founder and CEO of Pebble, a Fremont-based startup building the Pebble Flow - an all-electric, semi-autonomous travel trailer that raised $13.6M in Series A funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. A veteran hardware engineer with roughly nine years at Apple leading iPhone development, followed by stints at Zoox (Director of Advanced Hardware Engineering) and Cruise (Head of AV Hardware Systems), Yang founded Pebble in 2022 after a pandemic-era RV trip convinced him the category needed a complete reinvention. His mission: make RVing as intuitive as using an iPhone. The Pebble Flow - a 25-foot, 45 kWh battery-powered trailer with Magic Hitch autonomous attachment, NVIDIA DRIVE Orin-powered automation, and Scandinavian-minimal interiors - earned a spot on TIME Magazine's Best Inventions of 2024 list and began delivering to its first customers in early 2025.
