Founded in 2018 by Peter MacDonald and Joe Schnare, the platform lets producers, account managers and insureds complete ACORDs, supplementals and PDFs up to 12x faster by mapping shared data across forms, autofilling applications, capturing digital signatures and integrating with agency management systems. Built by people who grew up in the family agency business, Wunderite aims to replace email-and-paper workflows with a mobile-friendly, data-driven process.
Peter MacDonald
Peter MacDonald is co-founder and CEO of Wunderite, a Boston insurtech that turns the paperwork of commercial insurance submissions (ACORDs, supplementals, PDFs) into structured, shareable, autofilled digital forms. A former agent from a family agency on Cape Cod, he holds CPCU, CRM, CIC, and LIA credentials plus an MBA with distinction from Boston College, and started Wunderite on Valentine's Day 2018 after building internal tools that got 30,000 hits in a year.

Informed K12 is a workflow automation and digital forms platform built specifically for the operational complexity of K-12 school districts. It replaces paper and PDF forms with online workflows that route automatically through the real approval chains districts already use - across finance, HR, student services, and IT - capturing e-signatures and a time-stamped audit trail without replacing the ERP, HRIS, or SIS a district already runs. Founded in 2012 by two Stanford Graduate School of Education classmates, the company (formerly Chalk Schools) serves hundreds of districts and employs roughly 70-75 people.
NexHealth
NexHealth is a San Francisco-based health technology company building the patient experience platform for medical and dental practices. Its software gives doctors EHR-integrated online scheduling, patient messaging, digital paperwork, recalls, reviews and payments, while its Universal API and proprietary Synchronizer let developers read and write data across 20+ practice management systems in real time. Founded in 2017 by Alamin Uddin and Waleed Asif, NexHealth reached unicorn status in 2022 with a $125M Series C at a $1B valuation and serves more than 10,000 practices.
