Kjeld Aamodt

Jonathan Rat is the Co-Founder and CEO of Archy, an AI-powered all-in-one dental practice management platform based in San Jose, California. A French-born software engineer with a master's in computer science, he spent a decade building payments infrastructure at Facebook, SurveyMonkey, and Uber before co-founding Archy in 2021 alongside former Uber colleagues Ben Kolin and Nimish Sheth. His motivation: watching his wife, Dr. Christine Liu, struggle daily with outdated, fragmented dental software. Archy has since raised $47 million in total funding, serves 2.5 million patients across 45 states, and processes over $100 million in annual payments.
Nichole Garcia
Nichole Garcia is Co-Founder and President of OrthoFX, the doctor-delivered clear aligner startup she built with two former Invisalign executives. With a BS in Biochemistry from UCLA, an MBA from Pepperdine, and a diploma from Oxford, she spent two decades running global divisions at Philips Oral Care and Align Technology before co-founding OrthoFX in 2017. Ren Menon
Ren Menon is the cofounder and CEO of OrthoFX, a Fremont-based dental technology company reinventing clear aligner therapy. Mike Yang
Mike Yang is the co-founder and CEO of LuxCreo, the company behind the world's first FDA Class II 510(k)-cleared direct-print clear aligner. A Harvard PhD and Wharton MBA, Yang spent a decade at Bloom Energy raising over $1B in green technology before pivoting to reinvent dentistry with light-based additive manufacturing. Under his leadership LuxCreo secured backing from Kleiner Perkins, achieved FDA clearance in 2022, launched in Europe in 2025, and is pushing same-day, in-clinic aligner production into mainstream dentistry.
Alamin Uddin
Alamin Uddin is the co-founder and CEO of NexHealth, the patient experience and health-records integration platform he started in 2017 after a stint as a front-desk receptionist in a Bronx clinic showed him how analog healthcare really is. Eric Paley
Eric Paley is a serial entrepreneur turned seed-stage venture capitalist who co-founded Founder Collective in 2008, building it into one of the world's highest-performing seed funds with investments in Uber, The Trade Desk, Airtable, and 20+ unicorns. Before VC, he co-founded Brontes Technologies — a 3D dental imaging startup spun out of MIT — and sold it to 3M for $95 million in 2006.
