Bimohit Bawa is the co-founder and CEO of TrueCare24, a San Francisco-based health and wellness marketplace that connects families and employers with vetted nurses, caregivers, and clinicians for in-home care, telehealth, and on-site COVID-19 testing and vaccination. A software engineer by training - IIT Roorkee, a master's from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Berkeley Haas - Bawa spent nearly a decade building systems at Cisco and ServiceSource before joining TrueCare24 as its founding technical lead in 2015. Founded in 2020 by Fred Turner, Isaac Turner, and Vlad Slepnev, the company packages insurance, pharmacy, telehealth, and care navigation into a single monthly premium aimed at removing the financial friction that keeps people from using their coverage.

Fred Turner is the founder and CEO of Curative, a health-insurance company built on the radical premise of no copays, no deductibles, and no cost-sharing for in-network care. A British biochemist who dropped out of Oxford, he won the UK's Young Engineer of the Year at 17 for building a PCR machine to study his brother's red hair, founded cattle-genetics and diagnostics startups, then pivoted Curative into one of the largest COVID-19 testing providers in the United States before reinventing it as a health plan. Carbon Health is an American chain of tech-enabled primary and urgent care clinics that pairs brick-and-mortar visits with telemedicine, all running on its own AI-powered electronic health record. Founded in 2015 in San Francisco by Udemy co-founder Eren Bali, it set out to make seeing a doctor feel as simple as using a consumer app - same-day appointments, transparent records, and a single platform tying diagnostics, virtual visits, and prescriptions together. After raising more than $600 million and scaling past 100 clinics, the company filed for Chapter 11 in February 2026 to restructure its debt while continuing to operate.
