Headquartered in Morrisville, North Carolina, it competes with Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper and Arista by pitching a single, simpler platform that unifies networking, security and analytics.

Nerdio builds software that automates and simplifies the deployment, management, and cost optimization of Microsoft cloud technologies - Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Microsoft 365, and Intune. Born as an internal tool at a Chicago managed service provider, Nerdio spun out in 2020 and now serves over 23,000 customers worldwide through two flagship products: Nerdio Manager for Enterprise and Nerdio Manager for MSP. In March 2025 it raised $500 million from General Atlantic at a $1 billion+ valuation.

Flexera helps large organizations see and control what they actually own and spend across software, SaaS, hardware and cloud. Born in 1987 as the maker of InstallShield, it has grown into a technology value optimization company whose Flexera One platform combines IT asset management, FinOps, SaaS management and IT visibility on top of its proprietary Technopedia data library. More than 50,000 customers, many of them Fortune 500, use Flexera to cut waste, stay license-compliant and turn messy IT estates into decisions.

JT Giri
JT Giri is the CEO and Founder of nOps, a San Francisco-based AI-powered cloud cost optimization platform that helps companies manage and reduce their AWS spend. After discovering Amazon EC2 in beta in 2006 and spending years as a hands-on DevOps consultant, he co-founded nClouds in 2012 - which grew into an AWS Premier Consulting Partner. In 2017 he spun out nOps to productize the cloud management tooling he'd built internally. Maxim Melamedov is the CEO and co-founder of Zesty, a Palo Alto-based cloud infrastructure optimization platform that has raised $124M to help enterprises slash cloud costs through AI-driven autoscaling. Born in the Soviet Union, raised in Israel, and now operating out of Silicon Valley, Melamedov built Zesty from a 2019 insight - that 30-40% of cloud infrastructure sits idle while companies pay full price. With products spanning Kubernetes optimization, compute rightsizing, and commitment management, Zesty now manages billions in cloud waste across 1,000+ accounts for enterprise customers including Wiz, Armis, and WalkMe.
