Weston Lim
Weston Coleman Lim is the co-founder and technical lead of Dashlabs.ai, a Manila-based software company that automates the paperwork and instrument wiring of diagnostic laboratories and clinics. He started building during the early pandemic - first an annotated map of neighborhood checkpoints, then the official national dashboard, then form-digitization work for the Philippine Red Cross - before the same team turned that scramble into a lab-software business and landed in Y Combinator's Winter 2021 batch. Today Dashlabs.ai runs across more than 200 clinics in the Philippines.
Bask Gill
Bask Gill is the Co-Founder of Power (withpower.com), a San Francisco-based clinical trial platform that uses AI to match patients with clinical trials. After watching his father struggle to navigate a broken clinical trial discovery system following a multiple myeloma diagnosis, Bask co-founded Power in May 2021 alongside Brandon Li. The platform has connected over 600,000 patients to trials across 10,000+ medical conditions, with 40% being non-white patients - a deliberate focus on diversity and access. Power has raised $19M in funding including a $12M Series A in early 2024, and grown to 230 employees.
Jordan Dearsley
Jordan Dearsley is the co-founder and CEO of Vapi, the leading voice AI infrastructure platform trusted by over one million developers and powering more than one billion calls. A University of Waterloo software engineering dropout turned Y Combinator alumnus, Dearsley built Vapi out of a personal AI therapist he created for his morning walks in 2023. Under his leadership, Vapi reached a $500 million valuation in May 2026 after raising a $50M Series B led by Peak XV, with customers including Amazon Ring, Intuit, and New York Life.
