Ben Collins
Ben Collins is the co-founder and CEO of Woz (YC W25), a San Francisco company building what he calls an 'AI App Factory' - a platform that pairs specialized AI agents with human engineering review to turn plain-English ideas into production-ready, business-grade apps without writing code. An MIT-trained engineer who spent years in venture capital and partnerships before founding, Collins built Woz with his MIT classmate of 13 years, Brad Eckert. The company raised a $6M seed round in October 2025 led by Cervin Ventures, and also ships WOZCODE, a Claude Code plugin that cuts AI coding costs by up to half.
Charlie Newark-French
Charlie Newark-French is the CEO of Cascade, an AI-powered strategy execution platform used by roughly 400 enterprises including PepsiCo, Roche, St. Jude and the World Wildlife Fund. A four-time enterprise software CEO who previously ran Hyperscience and Sharpen, he started at McKinsey, holds a BA from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard, and argues that strategy should run like a live operating system rather than a PowerPoint deck. He hosts the executive podcast 'This Way Forward.'
