Company / Sales education & the 10X business

Grant Cardone Enterprises sells the next step

A sales lesson can become a coaching relationship, a conference ticket, or an introduction to real estate. Inside the 10X business, the next product is often already in view.

The tenant left. In Grant Cardone’s telling, that was the moment a $78,000 rental house stopped looking like a wealth machine. One departure meant he had to make the payments himself. He sold it. His next investment, he later wrote, was a 38-unit apartment complex. The change was arithmetic: more doors meant less dependence on one household.

That small story offers a useful entrance into Grant Cardone Enterprises. Look past the stage lights and there is a recurring preoccupation with scale. A lesson becomes a course. A course becomes a coaching relationship. A conference becomes a recording. The founder’s name gives these separate offers a familiar face.

The quick read / 03 ideas
  • The core: sales education for individuals and business teams.
  • The distinction: training, events, consulting, and media share the 10X vocabulary.
  • The useful lesson: give customers a clear next step, then measure whether it helps.

01 / A habit you can sell

Cardone University makes the proposition tangible. Its subjects include cold calling, negotiation, objection handling, and follow-up. These are the awkward conversations that determine whether a business gets paid. A founder may understand a product perfectly and still hesitate when a customer asks for a discount.

The platform packages instruction for both individuals and companies. Teams can get customized curricula, activity reporting, transferable licenses, and virtual coaching. That puts it in the market for sales enablement and employee development, alongside providers such as Sandler and RAIN Group. A buyer is choosing a method of practice as much as a library.

The store’s Sales Fundamentals offer provides a concrete example: five core modules, 38 video courses, and 12 months of on-demand access, advertised at $397. Its certificate marks completion of a company program. The practical question is what a salesperson does differently afterward.

“Success is your duty, obligation, and responsibility.”

02 / One idea, several doors

The 10X Rule, published in 2011, supplied a memorable organizing idea: think bigger and commit more action. The surrounding business gives that idea different containers. Books travel cheaply. Video lessons can be replayed. Coaching adds a person. Events add a room full of other people pursuing similar ambitions.

Read this as a commercial structure: one recognizable philosophy can support purchases at different levels of commitment. The catalog lets a customer buy a specific skill or seek broader help. It also lets the company sell expertise repeatedly across formats. Each offer still needs to earn its place.

03 / Put the audience in the room

In March 2017, the first annual 10X Growth Conference brought more than 2,200 entrepreneurs to South Florida, with another 1,000-plus watching live, according to its organizer. The program had 24 speakers and 40 sessions. Business education had become an occasion people could attend together.

The room changes the product. A video teaches at the viewer’s convenience. A conference asks the viewer to make time, travel, and meet strangers. Its value can include instruction, introductions, and the feeling of belonging to a group. Those are different benefits, and buyers should judge them separately.

The 2025 conference was scheduled for March 19-21 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Presentations also enter a digital recording catalog. The live experience has an expiration date; the replay can remain on the shelf. That is an especially copyable piece of the model for anyone whose useful work happens in public.

04 / Keep the billions in the right column

The wider Cardone world includes consulting through Cardone Ventures, media production through 10X Studios, and wellness through 10X Health System. Cardone Ventures was co-founded with Brandon and Natalie Dawson. The breadth helps explain why calling Enterprises simply a course seller misses much of the picture.

Cardone Capital belongs in its own column. The real estate firm reports $5.4 billion in assets under management and 14,850 apartment units. Those figures describe property assets and operating scale. They do not establish the sales-training company’s revenue, its valuation, or a course buyer’s likely results.

05 / What does the next step cost?

The price ladder makes the differences visible. Mastering the Cold Call is listed at $497. An October 28, 2026 capital-raising workshop is advertised at $10,000. These are different products for different needs, rather than successive levels everyone must buy. Prices and access terms belong in the decision.

For a sales manager, the sensible starting point is one bottleneck: slow lead response, weak discovery, or inconsistent follow-up. Choose relevant instruction, rehearse it, and compare behavior before and after. More calls alone will not repair a product nobody wants. A workshop also cannot substitute for capital, customers, or operating capacity.

That gives a purchaser a useful test before moving up the catalog. Write down the problem, the expected change, and who will do the work. For a team, ask how managers will reinforce the lessons between sessions. For an event, decide whether the main purpose is instruction or introductions. The answers may point to a smaller purchase, a different provider, or time spent practicing what the team already knows.

06 / Copy the structure. Test the promise.

Enterprises describes its culture through ethics, communication, results, and massive action. The related Grant Cardone Foundation directs mentoring and financial-literacy education toward underserved young people, especially those without a father figure. Its listed partners include Big Brothers Big Sisters organizations. The brand’s ambitions extend beyond the paying sales professional.

The lesson for another business owner is modest enough to use tomorrow. Take one thing customers repeatedly need help doing. Teach it clearly. Offer another format when their needs change. Measure what improves. Cardone’s early rental story began with dependence on one tenant. His company’s catalog suggests a similar instinct: build more than one door.
