Vu Van
Vu Van is the Vietnamese-born co-founder and CEO of ELSA (English Language Speech Assistant), an AI-powered app that gives non-native speakers instant feedback on English pronunciation, fluency and intonation. She built the idea out of her own struggle to be understood as a Stanford graduate student, teamed up with speech-recognition scientist Xavier Anguera, and has grown ELSA into one of the world's largest AI language platforms, with tens of millions of users across roughly 190 countries. She is a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer and Endeavor entrepreneur.
Ganesh Padmanabhan
Ganesh Padmanabhan is the co-founder and CEO of Autonomize AI, an Austin-based healthcare intelligence company that builds agentic AI to cut the administrative load carried by health plans and providers. After more than a decade at Dell and a growth role at enterprise-AI pioneer CognitiveScale, he launched Autonomize in 2022 to point AI at problems that actually matter in care delivery. He also hosts the Stories in AI podcast, interviewing more than 100 innovators a year, and in 2026 Autonomize was named a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer.
Sercan Esen
Sercan Esen is the co-founder and CEO of Intenseye, a New York-based AI company that plugs into the CCTV cameras already bolted to the walls of factories, warehouses and construction sites and watches, in real time, for the kinds of small unsafe acts that eventually kill people. A former Sony AI consultant with two degrees from Boğaziçi University, he spent the first two years of the company walking factory floors in 50-plus plants - making ice cream, assembling cars - before deciding what the software should look like. Intenseye now runs 120+ computer-vision models across facilities in 26 countries and has raised roughly $94 million, including a $64 million Series B led by Lightspeed in 2024. Esen is a 2023 World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer.
Siobhan Savage
Siobhan Savage is the CEO and co-founder of Reejig, a workforce intelligence and AI orchestration platform built to eliminate what she calls 'zero wasted potential' in the labor market. Sketched during maternity leave in 2018 and now used across 66 countries, Reejig became the first company to independently audit its talent AI for bias. Savage is a Forbes Cloud 100 Rising Star and a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, and previously spent almost two decades running workforce strategy on billion-dollar infrastructure programs including Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro, and Roy Hill.
