Debi Dowling
Debi Dowling is Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Onapsis, the Boston-based leader in SAP and ERP application security. Wearing three hats at once, she sets the company's marketing strategy, keeps cross-functional priorities aligned as a strategic partner to the CEO, and runs the operational machinery that ties day-to-day work to company goals. Before Onapsis she spent years at Juniper Networks as Chief of Staff and business-enablement leader across Global Services and Sales Engineering, with earlier management roles at Vodafone, Siemens, and Acision in the UK. She is based in Greater Boston.
Ashley Rose
Ashley Rose is the co-founder and CEO of Living Security, the Austin-based company that turned dull compliance-checkbox security training into a data-driven discipline it helped name: Human Risk Management. She built the company in 2017 with her husband Drew, starting with in-person cyber escape rooms and scaling into an AI-native platform used by enterprises like Mastercard, Verizon, CVS Health and JPMorgan. A product-obsessed entrepreneur who once funded a kids' snap-change swimwear line on Kickstarter, Rose argues the industry has the human problem backwards: people are not the weakest link, they are the largest attack surface worth investing in.
Gwenyth Castro
Gwenyth Castro is the Chief Executive Officer of Binarly, the firmware and software supply-chain security company behind the Binarly Transparency Platform. Appointed in March 2026, she stepped into the CEO seat after founder Alex Matrosov moved to the board. Before Binarly she spent roughly 15 years helping build and scale the offensive security firm Bishop Fox, rising to Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she ran cross-functional strategy and global expansion. A Stanford Certified Project Manager, Castro is an operator's operator - the person who turns deep research and patented technology into enterprise revenue, partnerships, and trust with customers like Meta and Dell.
