Dawn Androphy is the co-founder and CEO of Allswell, a venture-backed telehealth startup delivering identity-centered, evidence-based mental health care to LGBTQ+ adults. A Stanford MBA and former Microsoft and BCG operator, she has spent more than a decade organizing with queer community groups before turning that experience into a company that pairs licensed affirming therapists with affordable group and individual care. Origin
Origin is a women's health company that makes insurance-covered pelvic floor and whole-body physical therapy widely accessible through a hybrid model of nationwide virtual care and in-person clinics. Founded in 2020 by Carine Carmy, Nona Farahnik Yadegar, and David Yadegar, Origin treats conditions across pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, sexual health, and musculoskeletal pain, and has served over 50,000 patients while shifting pelvic care from a $200-300 cash-pay model to in-network visits that cost most patients under $36.

Ken Berrick founded Seneca Family of Agencies in 1985 in Oakland and spent four decades turning a single home for boys into a 1,900-person nonprofit serving children across California and Washington through a model he calls Unconditional Care. Now CEO Emeritus of Seneca and President and CEO of Just Advocates, he keeps arguing the same line: kids aren't failing the system, the system is failing kids.
Leticia Galyean Sturtevant
Leticia Galyean Sturtevant, LCSW, is the CEO of Seneca Family of Agencies, an Oakland-based nonprofit serving more than 18,000 youth and families a year across California and Washington. She started as a counselor in 2001 and has spent more than two decades inside the same organization, climbing from direct service to running it.
Tiffany Cortese
Tiffany Cortese is a licensed clinical social worker, founder of Honey & Twine Counseling, and a provider on the Grow Therapy network. She practices virtually across California, working with survivors of sexual and intimate-partner violence, while pursuing a doctorate at Rutgers focused on power-based personal violence and drama therapy.
