Clementine Jacoby
Clementine Jacoby is the co-founder and CEO of Recidiviz, a nonprofit that untangles the fragmented, decades-old data systems that quietly trap people in the U.S. criminal justice system. A former Google product manager and aerial-hoop acrobat who once taught circus to gang members in Brazil, she built Recidiviz out of a Google volunteer project after watching her own uncle cycle through prison. Within two years of launch, the platform helped states identify and release more than 40,000 people who had already earned their freedom. She is a TED Fellow, a Forbes 30 Under 30 and TIME100 Next honoree, and one of Fast Company's Most Creative People.
Rohan Pavuluri
Rohan Pavuluri is the Chief Business Officer at Speechify, the consumer voice-AI app, and the co-founder of Upsolve, the nonprofit whose free online tool has helped low-income Americans erase hundreds of millions of dollars in debt through bankruptcy. A Harvard statistics graduate and Phillips Exeter alum, he built Upsolve out of a Harvard Law access-to-justice lab as an undergraduate, led it as CEO until 2022, and now serves as its volunteer board chair. He is a TED Fellow, a TIME100 Next honoree, and a Forbes 30 Under 30 recognized for arguing that civil rights should be free.
April Koh
April Koh is the co-founder and CEO of Spring Health, a New York-based mental health company that uses machine learning to match people to the right care instead of leaving them to trial and error. She started it as a Yale senior in 2016 after reading a research paper that suggested algorithms could outperform the average psychiatrist at picking treatments. By 2021, at 29, she became the youngest woman to lead a unicorn; by 2024 the company raised a $100M Series E at a $3.3 billion valuation, serving employers and health plans across more than 200 countries. She was a 2025 TIME100 Next cover star.
Shreya Murthy
Shreya Murthy is the cofounder and CEO of Partiful, the text-first party invitation app that became Gen Z's default way to gather. Launched in 2020 during pandemic lockdowns, the New York company has grown past millions of users, raised a $20M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, won Google's Best App of 2024, and landed Murthy on the 2025 TIME100 Next list. A Princeton politics grad and ex-Palantir operator, she left mission-fatigued tech jobs to build the social layer for offline life, betting that parties are not frivolous but infrastructure for community.
Tim Latimer
Tim Latimer is the co-founder and CEO of Fervo Energy, the company that took horizontal drilling and fiber optic sensing out of the shale fields and pointed them straight down into hot rock. A former oil-and-gas drilling engineer who grew up next to the last coal plant built in America, he left the industry, talked his way into Stanford, met a geothermal PhD named Jack Norbeck, and bet that geothermal could become 24/7 carbon-free power at utility scale. Fervo has since raised over a billion dollars, broken drilling records once thought decades away, signed Google as a customer, and gone public on the Nasdaq in 2026 while building Cape Station, the world's largest next-generation geothermal project.
Toyin Ajayi
Toyin Ajayi is a board-certified family medicine physician and the co-founder and CEO of Cityblock Health, a New York-based company that builds neighborhood-rooted care for Medicaid and dually eligible patients - the people most health systems treat last. She co-founded the company out of Google's Sidewalk Labs in 2017, took the CEO seat in 2022, and has grown it into a roughly $6 billion business serving hundreds of thousands of members. Trained at Stanford, Cambridge, and King's College London, she practiced in safety-net hospitals and ran a clinic in Sierra Leone before deciding the system itself needed rebuilding. Her current obsession: making the most vulnerable patients the proving ground for AI in medicine.
