Caroline Hodge
Caroline Hodge is the co-founder and CEO of Dimer Health, a clinician-led company building a technology platform for the fragile period right after a hospital stay. A physician associate with 18 years of emergency medicine experience, she previously ran national clinical operations at DocGo and Envision Healthcare before starting Dimer in 2023 with Team8. Under her, Dimer has raised $13.5M in Series A funding and is trying to establish a new care specialty she calls the Transitionist.
David Lazerson
David Lazerson is the co-founder and CEO of Briya, a healthcare technology company that connects hospitals, research institutions, and life sciences organizations so they can share de-identified, real-world patient data securely and in compliance with U.S. and European privacy rules. A physicist and cognitive scientist by training and a former Israeli military cyber operations officer, Lazerson built Briya on cryptography, federated learning, and zero-knowledge proofs, and in 2025 launched Briya AIRE, a clinical-grade AI research assistant that lets researchers ask questions in plain language instead of writing code.
Eddie Dovzhik
Eddie Dovzhik is the co-founder and CEO of Lema AI, a New York and Israel-based cybersecurity company building what it calls the world's first Agentic Risk Engineer for third-party risk management. A former Major in Israel's Unit 8200 and a former product leader at Noname Security (acquired by Akamai), Dovzhik launched Lema in 2023 with the belief that third-party risk should be treated as a security problem rather than a compliance checklist. The company emerged from stealth in early 2026 with $24 million in total funding, including a $17.5 million Series A led by Team8.
Shawn Melamed
Shawn Melamed is the co-founder and CEO of Spiral, a New York fintech that plugs charitable giving into the banking apps of credit unions and community banks. Before Spiral he ran Morgan Stanley's Technology Business Development and Innovation Offices and built two prior fintech companies, StrikeNET (sold to TMX Group) and Correlix. He was named one of The Financial Technology Report's Top 50 Fintech CEOs of 2024.
Noam Mills
Noam Mills is the co-founder and CEO of Panax, an AI-native cash flow management platform for mid-market and enterprise finance teams. Before fintech, she was an elite epee fencer who ranked first in the world among under-20 competitors and became the first Israeli to fence epee at the Olympics, at Beijing 2008. She studied economics at Harvard, earned a Harvard MBA, and built a finance career across BCG, FIMI Opportunity Funds, SparkBeyond, and Mixtiles before founding Panax in 2022.
