BankersLab is a fintech education and decisioning company that builds 'flight simulator' style software for lenders and bankers. Founded in 2012 by Michelle Katics and Kurt Gingher, it lets banks, credit unions and lenders practice consumer, retail and SME portfolio management in a risk-free simulation environment, then extends that same engine into AI-enhanced decision support. Its gamified, team-based workshops - ScoringLab, CreditLab, CollectionLab and InsightLab - have trained thousands of banking professionals across 30+ countries.
Neuralzome Cybernetics
Neuralzome Cybernetics is a Bengaluru-based deeptech startup building teachable, no-code AI agents that let ordinary off-road vehicles drive themselves through messy, GPS-denied places like orchards, farms and job sites. Its flagship autonomy stack, NeuralPilot, fuses vision, SLAM and GPS with a layered safety system and learns from human demonstration, while its RedPill simulator trains robots on photorealistic digital twins before they ever touch dirt. Founded in 2023 by Mohan Sivam and Aditya Shriwastava, the company sells autonomy as a service to labor-intensive industries and raised $2.4M in pre-seed funding in August 2025 to expand into North America and Europe.
Ruchir Shah
Ruchir Shah is the founder and CEO of SkillCat, a mobile-first training platform that has taught more than 300,000 people to enter skilled trades like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. A Rice-trained energy engineer with a Stanford MBA, he started building animated industrial simulations after researching the BP oil spill and concluding that bad training kills. His first company, LearnToDrill, trained 25,000 oil and gas workers for clients like Halliburton and BP. When COVID threw skilled workers out of jobs while contractors begged for help, Shah pivoted to SkillCat to bridge that gap with simulation-based, $10-a-month trade education. He also runs the GRIT Foundation to introduce trades careers to underserved youth, and once spent a summer doing stand-up comedy in New York.

Mursion is a San Francisco-based AI-powered upskilling platform that uses live human 'simulation specialists' to puppet AI avatars in immersive role-play scenarios. Founded in 2015 by Mark Atkinson and Arjun Nagendran, the company trains leaders, salespeople, teachers and healthcare workers in the high-stakes conversations that are hardest to rehearse in real life.

Mark Atkinson is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mursion, an AI-powered immersive learning platform that blends live human performers with artificial intelligence to create realistic practice simulations for professional development. An Emmy Award-winning television producer turned serial edtech entrepreneur, Atkinson has spent over two decades building technology ventures at the intersection of human capital development and innovation. Before Mursion, he co-founded Teachscape, a pioneering video-based teacher observation platform that became central to the Gates Foundation's Measures of Effective Teaching project. Under his leadership, Mursion has grown to serve more than a third of Fortune 100 companies, delivering 18 million-plus minutes of simulation-based training across healthcare, education, corporate, and hospitality sectors.
