Abhijit Mitra is the chief executive of Outreach, the Seattle-based sales execution platform used by Cisco, McKesson, Okta, SAP, Siemens and Verizon. A self-described technologist with more than two decades of product leadership at Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow and Commure, he was elevated from President of Product & Technology to CEO in September 2024, succeeding co-founder Manny Medina. He is reorienting the company around agentic AI for revenue teams.
