PropSpace is Dubai's longest-running real estate CRM, launched in 2012 as the first dedicated real estate software built for the UAE and wider MENA market. The cloud-based, mobile-ready platform gives brokers, agents, property managers and developers a single place to manage leads, listings, deals, viewings, marketing and reporting - plus lease, maintenance and financial tools for property management. After six years inside portal group Property Finder, PropSpace was spun out in 2024 as an independent company led by CEO Patrick Caulfield and COO Tom Dickson, and now serves hundreds of agencies including CBRE, Savills and Hamptons.
