GT Medical Technologies is a Tempe, Arizona medical device company that developed GammaTile, an FDA-cleared bioresorbable radiation therapy implant for operable brain tumors. Founded by brain tumor specialists from the Barrow Neurological Institute, the company places collagen tiles embedded with Cesium-131 seeds directly into the tumor cavity at the time of surgery, delivering immediate, targeted radiation while sparing healthy tissue. Backed by a $100M Series E led by Viking Global Investors, GT Medical has treated more than 2,000 patients and is pursuing randomized trials to establish GammaTile as a standard of care.

Per Langoe is the CEO of GT Medical Technologies, the Tempe, Arizona company behind GammaTile, an FDA-cleared radiation therapy tile that gets sewn into the brain the same moment a tumor is removed. He arrived in February 2024 after co-founding and selling Palette Life Sciences to Teleflex for $600 million, bringing more than two decades in radiation oncology commercialization from Pharmacia, Q-Med, Galderma and Nestle Skin Health.

DoseOptics LLC is a Dartmouth spinoff based in Lebanon, New Hampshire that builds BeamSite, the first FDA-cleared camera system to record radiation therapy as it happens by imaging Cherenkov light - the faint glow emitted when a radiotherapy beam passes through tissue. The technology lets radiation oncology teams literally see the beam on the patient in real time, turning an invisible treatment into a video they can review, catching positioning errors and delivery anomalies that were previously undetectable.
Justin Bekelman
Justin Bekelman is the co-founder and CEO of Daymark Health, a Philadelphia-based value-based oncology company building a tech-enabled medical group that wraps clinical, mental health, and social support around people facing cancer. A radiation oncologist with roughly 200 published research articles, he spent two decades at the University of Pennsylvania, where he founded the Penn Center for Cancer Care Innovation at the Abramson Cancer Center before leaving to build a company that contracts directly with health plans to take on total cost of care. Daymark launched publicly in 2025 with $11.5M in seed funding and closed a $20M Series A in September 2025.
John Adler
John R. Adler Jr., MD is a neurosurgeon, inventor, and serial entrepreneur best known for inventing the CyberKnife robotic radiosurgery system at Stanford University - a device that has treated over two million patients worldwide. Now CEO of ZAP Surgical Systems in San Carlos, California, he leads development of the ZAP-X gyroscopic radiosurgery platform: a self-shielded, vault-free system that brings precision brain radiosurgery to outpatient settings globally. A 2025 inductee into the National Inventors Hall of Fame, Adler is also co-founder and former editor-in-chief of Cureus, an open-access medical journal acquired by Springer Nature. With over 300 peer-reviewed publications and 20+ US patents, he holds the Dorothy and TK Chan Professorship Emeritus at Stanford.
