Sarah O'Leary
Sarah O'Leary is the CEO of Willow Innovations, the Mountain View company that built the first fully in-bra wearable breast pump. She joined Willow in 2019 as VP of Growth, climbed through CMO and Chief Commercial Officer roles, and was named CEO in December 2023. Under her, Willow moved from an e-commerce breakthrough to an omnichannel maternal-health brand, and in 2025 acquired UK femtech rival Elvie to build a scaled global platform. A mother of two who started her career in consulting, she is known for a 'mothers first' philosophy that treats the new mother as the person products should be built around.
Bloom Care
Bloom Care is a Brazilian femtech building the country's largest virtual clinic for women's and family health. Founded in 2017 by three women, its app pairs members with gynecologists, obstetricians, pediatricians, psychologists and nutritionists for continuous, evidence-based care across the full life journey - from menstrual health and fertility through pregnancy, postpartum, parenting and menopause. Sold mostly through employers and health plans on a B2B2C model, Bloom counts partners like Sanofi, SulAmérica, Natura and Nestlé, and was named to CB Insights' Digital Health 150.

Kindra is a clinically-backed, direct-to-consumer vaginal health and sexual wellness brand founded in 2019 through a launchpad formed by venture firm M13 and P&G Ventures. It sells estrogen-free, doctor-formulated intimate care - lotions, serums, lubricants, bath soaks and menopause supplements - designed for women navigating dryness, discomfort and hormonal shifts across menopause, postpartum and everyday life. The brand pairs its patent-pending, peptide-based formulas with education and community, and says its products are recommended by 6,000+ OB/GYNs and pelvic-floor, oncology and sexual-medicine specialists.

Lilu is a New York femtech company building smart technology for new mothers. Its flagship Massage Bra is a hands-free wearable that uses patented pneumatic compression to mimic hand massage during pumping, helping mothers express more milk in less time, while its MilkSense app tracks feeding, pumping, and milk stash with AI-driven, personalized lactation insights. Founded by MIT- and Penn-trained engineers Adriana Vazquez and Sujay Suresh Kumar, Lilu aims to make postpartum care more comfortable, efficient, and pain-free.
