Debi Dowling
Debi Dowling is Senior Vice President of Business Operations, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Onapsis, the Boston-based leader in SAP and ERP application security. Wearing three hats at once, she sets the company's marketing strategy, keeps cross-functional priorities aligned as a strategic partner to the CEO, and runs the operational machinery that ties day-to-day work to company goals. Before Onapsis she spent years at Juniper Networks as Chief of Staff and business-enablement leader across Global Services and Sales Engineering, with earlier management roles at Vodafone, Siemens, and Acision in the UK. She is based in Greater Boston.
Alex Shan
Alex Shan is the 22-year-old co-founder and CEO of Judgment Labs, a San Francisco startup building the continuous-improvement stack for AI agents. A former Stanford NLP researcher under Chris Manning who pioneered autonomous networking agents at Juniper Networks, Shan started Judgment with two childhood best friends to give teams tools that understand what their agents are actually doing - not just their inputs and outputs. In May 2026 the company closed $32 million in combined seed and Series A funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Israel L'Heureux
Israel L'Heureux is the founder and CEO of Touchpoint Restaurant Solutions (touchpoint.io), a bootstrapped Palo Alto company that unifies the messy technology stacks of large quick-service restaurant chains under one platform built around OmniFusion and OmniLoyalty. Before restaurants, he co-founded Redline Networks, a high-performance application-acceleration company acquired by Juniper Networks in 2005 for roughly $132 million. A Stanford-trained product design engineer, he has moved from kicking off BMW's X5 program to building load balancers used by hundreds of enterprises to figuring out why a drive-thru line moves slowly.
Ritesh Agrawal
Ritesh Agrawal is a network-security engineer turned founder who co-founded Airgap Networks in 2019 to attack the problem most enterprises ignore: lateral movement once an attacker is already inside the building. His bet was that you do not trust any device, period. Zscaler acquired Airgap in April 2024, and its agentless, identity-based microsegmentation became the foundation of Zscaler's Zero Trust Branch, which Ritesh now leads as VP of Product Management. Before founding the company he spent nearly 18 years at Juniper Networks across engineering, product, and sales.
Kannan Kothandaraman
Kannan Kothandaraman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Selector AI, a Santa Clara-based AIOps and network observability platform that uses large language models, knowledge graphs, and causal reasoning to help Fortune 1000 enterprises detect, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure issues faster. Before founding Selector in 2019, Kannan spent nearly two decades at Juniper Networks - rising from senior software engineer to Vice President of Product Line Management - and before that at Cisco Systems. Selector has raised $104 million in total funding, including a $32M Series B in February 2026 at a valuation of $375 million, and counts Fortune 20 companies in manufacturing and healthcare among its customers.
Spencer Greene
Spencer H. Greene is a General Partner at TSVC (清谷资本), a certified women- and minority-owned seed-stage venture firm in Los Altos, California built on the Tsinghua Entrepreneur and Executive Club network. He leads the firm's healthtech practice after three decades as an operator, M&A executive, and two-time founder in Silicon Valley. Greene holds patents across graphics, networking, and encryption; ran M&A at Juniper Networks (buying the kinds of startups he now backs); and developed the 'Design for Exit' framework to help founders understand what makes them genuinely acquirable - not just successful.
Jim Dolce
Jim Dolce is CEO and Chairman of Lookout, a cloud security company he has led since 2014. A four-time founder with deep roots in networking and enterprise security, Dolce built his career through a series of acquisitions - from Cascade Communications to Redstone Communications, Unisphere Networks (acquired by Juniper Networks for $500M), and Verivue (acquired by Akamai). Under his leadership, Lookout pivoted from a consumer mobile security app to a pure-play enterprise Security Service Edge platform, making the landmark CipherCloud acquisition in 2021 and divesting its consumer business in 2023 to sharpen focus on enterprise and government customers.
Karim Toubba
Karim Toubba is the CEO of LastPass, the world's leading password manager with over 100,000 business customers and millions of consumers. A 25-year cybersecurity veteran, he previously led Kenna Security to a successful Cisco acquisition in 2021 and has held executive roles at Juniper Networks and Digital Island. He joined LastPass in April 2022, just months before a major security breach, and has since led a comprehensive transformation of the company's security posture, infrastructure, and culture - turning crisis into opportunity.
Sath Nelakonda
Sath Nelakonda is the CEO and CTO of Cinarra Systems, a SoftBank company that turns mobile network signals into privacy-safe advertising and venue analytics. A co-founder of the company since 2013, he came out of the deep plumbing of the internet - IP/MPLS routing at TiMetra, then Alcatel-Lucent, then Juniper - and now runs an ad-tech outfit built on telco-grade data.
Ankur Singla
Ankur Singla is a three-time founder and serial entrepreneur who has built and exited companies totaling over $676 million in acquisitions. Currently Founder & CEO of Exaforce, an agentic AI-driven Security Operations platform based in San Jose, California, Singla is on a mission to give cybersecurity defenders a 10x productivity advantage. Before Exaforce, he founded Volterra (acquired by F5 Networks for $500M in 2021) and Contrail Systems (acquired by Juniper Networks for $176M in 2012 just nine months after founding). With a background spanning SDN, NFV, edge computing, and now agentic AI, Singla has consistently been at the frontier of enterprise infrastructure. Exaforce raised $75M in Series A funding in April 2025 and $125M in Series B in May 2026, reaching a $725M valuation.
Yuval Bachar
Yuval Bachar is the founder and CEO of EdgeCloudLink (ECL), the company building the world's first off-grid hydrogen-powered modular data centers. A 20+ year veteran of hyperscale infrastructure at Cisco, Juniper Networks, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Azure, Bachar co-founded the Open19 open hardware standards project and holds eight U.S. patents. At ECL, he is reimagining what a data center can be - deploying capacity in nine months (vs. the industry's 3-4 years), generating zero emissions, and producing cooling water as a byproduct of hydrogen fuel cells. In May 2024, ECL unveiled the world's first off-grid hydrogen-powered AI data center in Mountain View, California, and Lambda deployed the first hydrogen-powered NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems there. ECL's TerraSite-TX1 near Houston is planned as a 1-gigawatt AI factory on 600 acres.
Reid Dennis
Reid Weaver Dennis (1926-2024) was the founding father of institutional venture capital in Silicon Valley. As founder of Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), he pioneered the model of raising venture funds from institutional investors - insurance companies and endowments - at a time when VC was barely a cottage industry. His 1974 fund raised nearly half of all private venture capital in the U.S. that year. Over seven decades, he backed companies like Seagate, Netflix, TiVo, and Juniper Networks, served 37 years on the San Francisco Opera board, and built IVP into a firm managing $7 billion with a 40-year IRR of 43.1%.
