Rema Matevosyan
Rema (Hripsime) Matevosyan is the co-founder and CEO of Near Space Labs, a Brooklyn-based company that flies helium-lifted robotic aircraft called Swift into the stratosphere to photograph the Earth at 7-centimeter resolution. Born and educated in Armenia, trained as an applied mathematician in Moscow, she left a PhD program two weeks into an entrepreneurship class to build what she calls her own little space program. In April 2025 the company closed a $20M Series B led by Bold Capital Partners, bringing total funding above $40M, with insurance carriers as anchor customers using the imagery to model wildfire and hurricane damage.
Peter Dun
Peter Dun is the founder and CEO of Feathery, a San Francisco software company building AI-powered form and workflow tools for regulated industries like financial services, insurance, and healthcare. A Stanford computer science graduate who worked at Google, Citadel Securities, and Robinhood, he started Feathery in 2021 after living through the grind of hand-coding onboarding forms on Robinhood's growth team. Feathery now pairs a developer-friendly form builder with document intelligence and voice AI to pull structured data out of messy PDFs, calls, and emails.
Johannes Jaeckle
Johannes Jaeckle is the co-founder and CEO of Heron Data, a New York fintech that uses large language models to automate document-heavy workflows in financial services. Heron reads emails, classifies submissions, extracts data, and syncs it into CRMs and loan platforms for more than 150 customers - from small lenders to FDIC-insured banks - processing over 350,000 documents a week. Jaeckle started building with LLMs in 2020, two years before ChatGPT went public, after a fintech operating career that included running the remittance company Taptap Send and serving as UK Managing Director of Segovia Technology. In July 2025 Heron raised a $16.6M Series A led by Insight Partners.

Arjun Mangla is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fulcrum, an AI-powered workflow automation platform that is quietly transforming how commercial insurance brokers operate. A Columbia-trained computer scientist turned McKinsey consultant, Mangla left a high-flying advisory career to tackle one of corporate America's most overlooked inefficiencies: the manual, error-prone drudgery of insurance policy checking and proposal generation. Under his leadership, Fulcrum has captured nearly a third of the top 50 U.S. insurance brokers as customers, raised $25M in total funding led by CRV, and grown revenue 5x in six months - all by making insurance brokers dramatically faster and more accurate without replacing the humans who know their clients.
Santiago Rodriguez Lebrija
Santiago Rodriguez Lebrija is a Deal Partner on the Growth investing team at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), where he focuses on fintech, consumer, and crypto technology companies. A Stanford chemical engineering graduate originally from Mexico City, he cut his teeth as an Investment Analyst at Stanford Management Company and a Business Analyst at PEMEX before joining Bain Capital's global private equity division. Since joining a16z in August 2022, he has co-led investments in companies like Kavak - Latin America's leading used-car marketplace reimagined around AI - and hyperexponential, a London-based insurtech modernizing how insurers price risk. He brings an unusual combination of deep operational instinct and cross-cultural fluency to growth-stage bets, with a particular eye for operationally complex businesses being rebuilt around AI.
