Founded in 2021 by industry veterans Briggs Elwell and Daniel Kennedy, it packages together commission advances, tax help, legal formation, healthcare plans, and a member perks program - services traditionally reserved for salaried W-2 employees. Its flagship product, RLTY Capital, buys a portion of an agent's pending commission and funds approved deals in as little as 24 hours, without credit checks or brokerage approval. After a $20 million Series A in January 2025, the company expanded nationwide and, in July 2026, acquired Atlanta-based commission-advance firm RealCommissions.
