Assaf Resnick is the co-founder and CEO of BigPanda, an AI-powered IT operations platform valued at $1.2 billion. Born in Israel and raised in Silicon Valley, he spent six years as a principal investor at Sequoia Capital Israel before leaving to build BigPanda in 2012. After pivoting from ad-tech and surviving years of near-silence in the market, BigPanda found product-market fit with large enterprises and has raised over $330 million in total funding. Today the company leads the emerging category of agentic IT operations, helping enterprise teams automate the detection, investigation, and resolution of IT incidents.
Freddie Heygate
Freddie Heygate is CEO, North America at Just After Midnight, a London-founded managed cloud services and 24/7 digital support company now part of the Ultima group. After spending five years building JAM's Asia-Pacific operations from Singapore, he relocated to Austin, Texas in January 2024 to lead the company's US expansion. With a background spanning digital consultancy, marketing, and business development at agencies including Reading Room and The Drum, Freddie brings over a decade of cross-continental experience helping global brands like Ford, Abbott, and Vodafone keep their digital infrastructure running around the clock.
Divanny Lamas
Divanny Lamas is a Harvard-educated Latina technologist who co-founded and led Transposit as CEO, building a DevOps process orchestration platform that raised $50.4M and famously staffed 50% female engineers. Before Transposit, she spent seven years scaling Splunk's billion-dollar sales operation across product management, customer success, and sales engineering. She is also a managing director at Sutter Hill Ventures and an advisor at cray.vc, bringing operator instincts to early-stage enterprise bets in Palo Alto.
Andrew Miklas
Andrew Miklas co-founded PagerDuty with two Amazon colleagues in 2009, built the original high-availability architecture as founding CTO, and shepherded the company from a Hacker News beta post to a $1.8B NYSE IPO. After a stint as an early-stage investor at s28 Capital, he returned to Y Combinator - where PagerDuty got its start in the Summer 2010 batch - as a General Partner in May 2025, fifteen years after first walking through YC's doors as a founder.
