Ken Sena
Ken Sena is the CEO and co-founder of Aiera, a New York-based generative AI platform that turns earnings calls, investor presentations, and corporate events into real-time transcriptions, sentiment analysis, and decision-grade insights for institutional investors. A former Wall Street internet analyst who led global internet research coverage at Evercore ISI and Wells Fargo Securities, Sena launched Aiera in 2018 to apply machine learning to the research workflow he had spent two decades inside. The company now covers more than 13,000 equities, processes tens of thousands of public events a year, and closed a $25 million Series B in June 2025 backed by ten of Wall Street's largest research firms with Microsoft as its strategic technology partner.
Martin Markiewicz
Martin Markiewicz is the co-founder and CEO of Silent Eight, a Singapore-headquartered regtech that builds AI models banks use to screen names, transactions and alerts for money-laundering, sanctions and terrorist-financing risk. A mathematician by training with roots in Poland's tech scene, he has spent the last decade convincing tier-one banks to let algorithms make the first call on suspicious activity.
Julius Adebayo
Julius Adebayo is the co-founder and CEO of Guide Labs, a San Francisco startup building inherently interpretable foundation models. An MIT-trained computer scientist whose 2018 NeurIPS paper showed that popular deep-learning explanations were not reliable, Adebayo now leads a team shipping Steerling-8B, an open-source 8-billion parameter LLM whose every token can be traced back to its training data.

Amber Nigam is the co-founder and CEO of basys.ai, a Harvard-born healthcare AI company teaching software to navigate one of medicine's most despised rituals: prior authorization. Trained on more than 10 million patient records and claims, basys.ai's engine encodes payer policy and automates up to 90% of authorization requests, aiming to give clinicians their time back and patients faster answers. A Harvard Health Data Science graduate, three-time patent inventor, and published researcher at venues like NeurIPS and ACL, Nigam came to Boston from Bareilly, India, after first building an ed-tech startup, kydots.ai. He has spoken at TEDx, Mayo Clinic, Harvard, and MIT, and has been named to multiple 40 Under 40 lists.
Claire McTaggart
Claire McTaggart is the founder and CEO of SquarePeg, an AI-powered recruiting platform that acts as an intelligence layer on top of applicant tracking systems - screening, sourcing, enriching and scoring candidates beyond the resume. A former Monitor Deloitte strategy consultant who ran campus recruiting, she left a partner-track career to attack a problem she had lived: the resume is a terrible predictor of fit. Starting with psychometric matching and evolving into an AI evaluation engine integrated with 95+ ATS platforms, SquarePeg raised a $3.5M seed round in February 2025 led by Next Frontier Capital, bringing total funding to roughly $6.4M.
Felix Wong
Felix Wong is the co-founder and CEO of Integrated Biosciences, a Redwood City biotech using synthetic biology, optogenetics and explainable AI to discover small-molecule drugs for age-related disease. A physicist and mathematician by training with a Harvard PhD in applied physics, he led the team that reported the first new structural class of antibiotics discovered with explainable deep learning - published in Nature in 2023 - and pioneered the AI-driven discovery of senolytics. He was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 in Healthcare and has authored more than 30 papers in journals including Nature, Science and Cell.
Veera Anantha
Veera Anantha is the co-founder and CEO of Constant Therapy Health, a Boston-based digital therapeutics company whose AI-powered app helps people living with stroke, traumatic brain injury, aphasia and other neurological conditions rebuild speech, language and cognitive skills. A trained engineer and physicist with a PhD from Northwestern and a degree from IIT Bombay, he spent years building products at startups acquired by Apple and Motorola before turning to brain rehabilitation. Under his leadership the platform has delivered well over 100 million therapy exercises, creating what is described as the largest real-world brain rehabilitation dataset, and he champions AI that is accountable and explainable enough for healthcare.
AJ Abdallat
AJ Abdallat is the founder, chairman and CEO of BeyondAI (formerly Beyond Limits), a Glendale, California enterprise AI company that commercializes cognitive artificial intelligence born inside NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Caltech. A serial entrepreneur who spent more than a decade incubating Caltech/JPL spinouts, Abdallat built Beyond Limits around the idea that AI which guided the Mars Rovers and Voyager probes through deep space can run mission-critical industrial operations on Earth - in energy, utilities, manufacturing and healthcare - while explaining the reasoning behind every decision.

Idan Bar-Dov is the co-founder and CEO of Heka Global, a New York and Tel Aviv company that turns the public web into real-time, audit-ready digital identities for banks, insurers, and pension funds. A fintech lawyer turned operator, he started Heka during the pandemic to reconnect people with lost financial assets and grew it into a fraud-fighting web-intelligence engine used by institutions like Barclays and Pictet. In July 2025 Heka closed a $14M Series A led by Windare Ventures, with Bar-Dov arguing that the credit bureaus built for a paper era cannot see a world where both consumers and risk now live online.

Mainak Mazumdar is Chief Business Officer at Fiddler AI, the AI observability and trust company, where he leads sales, customer success and partnerships. A data scientist by training with a Ph.D. from Brown, he spent two decades remaking how the media and advertising industries measure audiences - as Chief Data Officer at Nielsen (where he launched NielsenOne), Chief Research and Analytics Officer at Fox, and a leader at DoubleClick/Google, GfK and Simulmedia. His 2020 TED Talk, 'How bad data keeps us from good AI,' argued that biased data, not algorithms, is the root of unfair AI. He holds more than 15 U.S. patents and has served on the U.S. Census Scientific Advisory Committee.
