Palm Tree Crew Holdings
Palm Tree Crew is a Miami-based entertainment, hospitality and investment holding company founded by Norwegian DJ and producer Kygo (Kyrre Gorvell-Dahll) and his manager Myles Shear. Built around the globe-trotting Palm Tree Music Festival, the company spans four lines of business - live events, hospitality venues and beach clubs, a consumer lifestyle and apparel brand, and a multi-product investment platform. In September 2025 it raised a $20 million Series B led by WME Group at a $215 million valuation to fund international festival expansion, new clubs and hotels, and early-stage bets in beverages and consumer goods.
Upped Events Inc.
Upped Events is a Philadelphia-based, software-only event management and payments platform that bundles ticketing, contactless mobile payments, on-site point-of-sale, CRM, mapping, staff and partner management, and real-time analytics into one system. Built for food and drink festivals, fairs, conventions, and community events, Upped aims to raise attendee spend and organizer ROI while cutting the number of tools a team has to juggle. Founded in 2020 by Mark Kozlowski, Louis Blitzman, and Filip Risteski, the company was acquired by Events.com in May 2025.
Steven Sunshine
Steven Sunshine is the CEO of Ticketure, the cloud ticketing platform that runs admissions, memberships and donations for museums, zoos, aquariums, gardens and immersive venues from Meow Wolf to the Philadelphia Zoo. He co-founded TixTrack in 2008 and ran it through acquisition by The Nederlander Organization in 2022; in July 2025 the Ticketure business was spun out as a standalone company backed by Dahlia Equity, with Sunshine at the helm. Before ticketing he spent the late 1990s and early 2000s commercializing the 'electronic nose' as president and CEO of Cyrano Sciences, a Caltech spinout whose handheld Cyranose device used a 32-polymer sensor array to identify smells, later acquired by Smiths Detection.
