Stephanie Hendricks
Stephanie Hendricks is the co-founder and CEO of AGent Energy (formerly AiGent), a Houston-based energy technology company that uses AI to turn idle backup generators into dispatchable grid resources. A former Naval Warfare Intelligence officer with top-secret clearance and the ex-COO of demand-response leader Voltus, she is building software that aggregates and monetizes the roughly 185 GW of underutilized backup generation sitting across American commercial, industrial, and data-center sites. In August 2025 the company raised a $6M seed round led by Zero Infinity Partners and CIV.
Chris Black
Chris Black is the CEO of GridX, Inc., an enterprise energy technology platform serving major US utilities. With nearly 30 years in technology and operations, he has been a central figure in the clean energy software sector - as CTO/COO at Tendril, he orchestrated the acquisitions that formed Uplight (now valued at $1.5B+), then invested via Huck Capital before taking the helm at GridX in April 2022 during its $40M Series C round. Under his leadership, GridX calculates 49 million bills daily, serves 40 million meters under contract, and models 1,000+ tariffs for utilities including PG&E, Southern California Edison, and ComEd.
Evan Neu
Evan Neu is Partner and General Counsel at Venrock, the storied venture capital firm born out of the Rockefeller family's investment legacy. Based in Palo Alto, he leads the firm's legal and regulatory strategy while overseeing operations and administration. Before joining Venrock in November 2022, Neu served as Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at TPG, one of the world's leading global alternative asset managers, and earlier built his legal foundation as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Talal Shamoon
Talal G. Shamoon is a Silicon Valley-based CEO, electrical engineer, and computer scientist who has led Intertrust Technologies since 2003. A Cornell-trained PhD, he helped pioneer digital rights management in the late 1990s and has since built Intertrust into a global leader in trusted computing, data governance, and IoT security. Under his leadership, Intertrust's patents and products now underpin billions of licensed devices worldwide, spanning entertainment, energy, and connected infrastructure.
