Nexar Inc.
Nexar is a New York-based mobility technology company that turns connected dashcams into a real-time sensing network for the physical world. Founded in 2015 by Eran Shir and Bruno Fernandez-Ruiz, it sells LTE-connected 4K dashcams to consumers while aggregating anonymized road imagery into CityStream, a platform that gives cities, mapmakers, insurers and autonomous-vehicle developers a minute-by-minute, ground-level view of streets. In July 2026 Nexar agreed to merge with Nauto to form an independent infrastructure platform for physical AI, backed by more than 10 billion historic miles of driving data across 50+ countries.
Jochen Meissner
Jochen Meissner is a German-trained mechanical engineer turned technology executive with more than 25 years of experience running machinery and technology companies across Europe and the United States. After leading the printing-press maker Goss International as President and CEO, he founded and ran Setem Technologies, a Boston-area startup built on patented signal-separation algorithms for far-field voice control. When the British semiconductor company XMOS acquired Setem in 2017, Meissner became General Manager of the XMOS Boston office and joined the XMOS Board of Directors, where he continues to help steer the company's push into voice and AI-enabled audio processing.

Its flagship SIRIUS platform uses a software-defined modem that can switch between LTE-V2X and 5G-V2X with a software update, and its plug-and-play V2X-AIR onboard unit brings standards-compliant connectivity to both new and existing vehicles. Founded in 2018, the company works with partners like Keysight, Autotalks, Audi, and Kapsch TrafficCom, and closed a Series B round in 2025 to scale a C-V2X hardware accelerator chip and expand into U.S. and European markets.

Autobrain is a Boca Raton-based connected-car company that turns almost any post-1995 vehicle into a 'smart car' with a plug-and-play OBD-II device paired to a mobile app. Built with input from EMTs and first responders, it delivers automatic crash response that dials 911 to your exact location, real-time GPS tracking, teen/senior/baby safety modes, vehicle-health diagnostics, roadside assistance, and fleet monitoring - all on a low-cost device and monthly subscription aimed at families and small businesses.
Voyomotive
Voyomotive is a Florida-based connected-car company that turns almost any vehicle built since 1996 into a smart, data-rich machine. Through its VOYO OBD-II hardware and a cloud platform of APIs, firmware and apps, it pulls OEM-grade data - engine health, battery life, tire pressure, fault codes, location - and delivers it to drivers, fleets, insurers and repair shops. Products like VOYOLink and VOYOHub let independent repair shops diagnose vehicles remotely and build recurring revenue, while VOYOTrak handles multi-vehicle fleet tracking.
Jeremy Gelbart
Jeremy Gelbart is the co-founder and CEO of Autobrain, a Boca Raton company that turns any ordinary car into a connected 'smart car' through a plug-and-play device offering GPS tracking, diagnostics, automatic crash response, and family-safety alerts. A serial entrepreneur who has been building since college, he first drew national attention as co-founder of Ultrinsic, a platform that let students legally wager cash on their own grades, and later founded the medical-notification startup BeeperMD. Peter Yorke
Peter Yorke is the CEO and co-founder of Voyomotive, a San Francisco connected-car company whose VOYO device turns an ordinary car's OBD-II port into a smartphone-controlled second brain. A native Californian who has worn the hats of scientist, venture capitalist, and serial entrepreneur, Yorke built a platform that locks doors by proximity, reads manufacturer fault codes, logs trips, and crowdsources road-hazard alerts. Arun Rajagopalan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Motorq, a San Francisco-based connected vehicle data platform that gives enterprises direct access to OEM-embedded vehicle data without any aftermarket hardware. With a career arc that spans vehicle control systems engineering at Robert Bosch, strategy consulting at Booz & Company, and big-data leadership at Mu Sigma, Arun founded Motorq in 2016 to solve a deceptively simple problem: cars are generating enormous amounts of data, but that data is locked inside hundreds of incompatible systems. Motorq unlocks it, normalizes it, and pipes it to fleets, insurers, and OEM dealers through clean APIs.
