Ben Collins
Ben Collins is the co-founder and CEO of Woz (YC W25), a San Francisco company building what he calls an 'AI App Factory' - a platform that pairs specialized AI agents with human engineering review to turn plain-English ideas into production-ready, business-grade apps without writing code. An MIT-trained engineer who spent years in venture capital and partnerships before founding, Collins built Woz with his MIT classmate of 13 years, Brad Eckert. The company raised a $6M seed round in October 2025 led by Cervin Ventures, and also ships WOZCODE, a Claude Code plugin that cuts AI coding costs by up to half.
Daniel Karp
Daniel Karp is General Partner at Cervin Ventures, a Palo Alto-based early-stage VC firm with $162M in its latest fund. A veteran of Cisco's corporate venture arm - where his portfolio generated over $2.5B in exits including Habana Labs (acquired by Intel for $2B) and GuardiCore - Karp brings a rare combination of chip engineering roots, Microsoft Azure product strategy, Israeli IDF intelligence experience, and nearly a decade of corporate M&A deal-making to his current focus on enterprise infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity, and AI-native startups.
Neeraj Gupta
Neeraj Gupta is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Cervin Ventures, a Palo Alto-based early-stage venture firm he co-founded with Preetish Nijhawan. Cervin has deployed capital across 50+ companies focusing on enterprise software, data & AI, cybersecurity, DevOps, and cloud - with over $335M in assets under management after closing a $162M flagship fund in September 2023. Before venture, Gupta ran two companies: Cymbal Corporation, a telecom consultancy he sold to Patni Computers, and Nexient, a digital experience consulting firm. He holds a MSEE from the University of Alabama, a BS from Punjab University, and is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 20). Outside the office he hikes, travels, and reads widely on Stoicism and public policy.
