Ziv Ofek and the distance between an idea and its moment
After dbMotion’s $235 million sale, Ziv Ofek helped build a home for other founders in Beersheba. Then the MDClone co-founder started crossing the same distance again: from a promising idea to something people could use.
Romi Gubes
Romi Gubes is the co-founder and CEO of Sensi.AI, an Austin-based company that turns ambient audio into around-the-clock care intelligence for seniors aging at home. A former Fortune 500 software engineer, she started the company in 2019 after a personal experience with vulnerability in care redirected her career toward protecting people who can't advocate for themselves. Under her leadership Sensi has raised more than $98 million, grown revenue 400% in a year, and expanded into what she describes as an AI operating system for senior care.
Sivan Iram
Sivan Iram is the co-founder and CEO of Flow (Flow Specialty), a Mountain View-based next-generation wholesale brokerage that uses GenAI and licensed human experts to automate specialty commercial insurance placement. A former software engineer turned operator with a Harvard MBA, he spent a decade writing code and running go-to-market at Lenovo before starting Flow in 2021 to bring enterprise-grade service to the small and mid-market accounts the industry had long ignored. Flow has raised roughly $20-25M led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Vitaly Gordon
Vitaly Gordon is the co-founder and CEO of Faros AI, an AI-native engineering intelligence platform he started in 2019 with former Salesforce colleagues. Before Faros, he founded Salesforce Einstein and led it as VP of Engineering and Data Science, scaling it from zero to a platform serving billions of predictions per day. Earlier in his career he was a data science lead at LinkedIn and a data science manager at LivePerson. He now builds tooling that helps engineering organizations measure and improve productivity, and navigate the shift to AI-augmented software development.
