A former professional ballet dancer who performed at the Royal Danish Ballet before studying neuroscience at Harvard, she met her cofounder running arbitrage strategies out of a Cambridge hacker house and built Ostium into the category leader for 'perpetual-ified' traditional assets. In December 2025 the company raised a $20M Series A led by General Catalyst and Jump Crypto at a roughly $250M valuation, and she was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Finance the same year.
Brynn Putnam is the founder and CEO of Board, a New York startup making a face-to-face game console that blends board games and video games on a 24-inch touchscreen that reads physical pieces. A former professional ballerina with the New York City Ballet and a Harvard graduate, she built the boutique studio Refine Method and then Mirror, the connected-fitness company she sold to Lululemon for $500 million in 2020. In 2026 Board raised a $20M Series A led by Union Square Ventures, with the device already in tens of thousands of homes, schools, hospitals and restaurants.
Nicolai 'Nic' Ouporov is Co-Founder and CEO of Fleet AI, a startup building reinforcement learning training environments - or 'RL gyms' - that let AI agents practice operating real software tools like Salesforce and Excel before deployment. Fleet raised ~$45M total and grew from $1M to $60M+ annualized revenue in under a year. Nic is also a 3x YoungArts Award winner in photography and visual arts, a former pre-professional ballet dancer trained at Boston Ballet and San Francisco Ballet, and a QuestBridge Scholar from Columbia University. He previously served as Founding Engineer at Respell (acquired by Salesforce in 2024) and published AI research at Stanford's Robotics and Embodied AI Lab.
