Tycho Svoboda
Tycho Svoboda is the co-founder and CEO of TensorPool, a Y Combinator Winter 2025 startup that lets machine learning engineers run training jobs on cloud GPUs with a single command-line tool, routing work to the cheapest available cloud and cutting compute costs by roughly half. He left Stanford with two credits shy of graduation to build it alongside two dorm-floor friends, joining a wave of young AI founders trading their degrees for the startup grind.
William Sun
William Sun is the co-founder and CEO of Auctor, a New York AI company building the 'system of action' for enterprise software implementation. He dropped out of Johns Hopkins - where he studied biomedical engineering and computer science - and left a job at Meta to start the company, which he built with three co-founders drawn from Google, AWS, Apple, ServiceNow and NASA. In April 2026 Auctor emerged from stealth with a $20M Series A led by Sequoia Capital, with backers including Microsoft's M12, HubSpot Ventures, Workday Ventures, OneStream, Tercera and Y Combinator. Auctor's AI agents capture discovery calls and workshops, turn them into structured requirements, and generate the artifacts - SOWs, proposals, architecture docs, user stories - that consultants used to hand-build over weeks.
Michael Xing
Michael Xing is the co-founder and CEO of Pingo AI (YC S25), a language-learning app that builds fluency by letting people talk with an AI tutor in real-life conversations. The idea grew out of weekly Chinese practice sessions with his freshman-year college roommate Morrie Schonfeld. After launching in January 2025, Pingo scaled from zero to hundreds of thousands of users and millions in ARR in under a year, becoming one of Y Combinator's fastest-growing consumer companies and a Google Play Best of 2025 winner. Before Pingo, Xing spent roughly three years at AI startups and built a Chrome extension with 150,000+ downloads.
Raymond Zhao
Raymond Zhao is the co-founder and CEO of Structured AI, a Y Combinator (Fall 2025) startup building an AI workforce for construction design engineering. A 23-year-old Oxford maths and statistics graduate and former Goldman Sachs quant intern, he walked away from a coveted finance career to build AI agents that automatically review engineering drawings and catch costly errors before they reach a job site. The company raised roughly $1M in pre-seed and a $4.2M seed round, and counts firms like Syska Hennessy Group among its customers.
Sean Williams
Sean Williams is the British founder and CEO of AutogenAI, a generative-AI platform that drafts winning bids and proposals up to eight times faster than humans. A Cambridge philosophy graduate who studied logic and feminist philosophy, he spent a decade designing large-scale public employment programs before building and selling the training company Corndel for a reported 47 million pounds. He launched AutogenAI in late 2021, shipped its first product in September 2022, and raised more than 60 million dollars across Series A and B rounds backed by Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Blossom Capital. Off the clock he is a serious open-level backgammon player and a collector of rare guitars.
Alex Shan
Alex Shan is the 22-year-old co-founder and CEO of Judgment Labs, a San Francisco startup building the continuous-improvement stack for AI agents. A former Stanford NLP researcher under Chris Manning who pioneered autonomous networking agents at Juniper Networks, Shan started Judgment with two childhood best friends to give teams tools that understand what their agents are actually doing - not just their inputs and outputs. In May 2026 the company closed $32 million in combined seed and Series A funding led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
Varun Sharma
Varun Sharma is the co-founder and CEO of Enterpret, an AI platform that turns messy, scattered customer feedback into a structured, queryable dataset for product teams. The 15th employee at Amplitude and a former enterprise customer success leader at Scale AI, he spotted a recurring blind spot: teams could track retention to the decimal but couldn't answer 'what are our top three customer pain points?' In 2020 he recruited his brother Arnav, then an Uber engineer, and the two built Enterpret in stealth for roughly 20 months before landing Notion as their first customer. The company raised a $20.8M Series A led by Canaan Partners in December 2024 and counts Canva, Notion, Loom, Strava, Linear, Perplexity and Descript among its users.

Justin Liu is the Co-Founder and CEO of Charta Health, a San Francisco-based AI healthcare operations company that automates medical chart review and billing/coding workflows. Having previously led growth at Rockset (acquired by OpenAI in 2024), Liu pivoted to healthcare, earning a Certified Professional Coder credential alongside his co-founder before raising over $30M to back their mission of making healthcare more affordable through AI. Charta Health's platform enables hospitals and health systems to review 100% of charts pre-billing, delivering an average 11% revenue uplift per chart.
Mike Young-Han Kim
Mike Young-Han Kim is the founding CEO of Gauss Labs, a Palo Alto-based industrial AI startup revolutionizing semiconductor manufacturing. An 11th-generation academic descendant of Carl Friedrich Gauss, he holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford along with dual master's degrees in EE and Statistics. Chad Hurley
Chad Meredith Hurley (born January 24, 1977, Reading, PA) is an American entrepreneur and tech visionary best known as the co-founder and first CEO of YouTube, which he built alongside Steve Chen and Jawed Karim in 2005 and sold to Google in October 2006 for $1.65 billion - just 18 months after launch. Armed with a Fine Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania rather than a computer science background, Hurley's design instincts shaped YouTube's iconic UI and pioneered the embeddable video player that fueled viral growth; he had previously designed the original PayPal logo during his job interview.
