Tamir Wolf
Tamir Wolf is the CEO and co-founder of Theator, a Palo Alto and Tel Aviv based company building a surgical intelligence platform that uses AI and computer vision to analyze surgical video and reduce variability in the operating room. A physician turned entrepreneur, he earned an MD and PhD from the Technion, served as a medical officer in an elite Israeli Navy unit, and founded two earlier medical device companies before starting Theator in 2018. His stated goal is to codify surgery so that where a patient lives no longer dictates the quality of care they receive.
Gabriel Jones
Gabriel Jones is the co-founder and CEO of Proprio, a Seattle medtech company building AI-powered surgical navigation. Its FDA-cleared Paradigm platform combines light-field imaging, real-time AI, and 3D visualization to give surgeons dynamic spatial awareness during spine procedures. Jones took an unusual path to medtech - engineering study in Japan, civil engineering at Taisei, Wall Street M&A, and work with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation - before co-founding Proprio in 2016 with a neurosurgeon, a robotics professor, and a computer vision specialist. He frames the mission around a single question: is it possible to do well and do good?
Brian Miller
Brian Miller is the CEO of Sovato, the Santa Barbara company building the first platform to let health systems deploy and scale remote robotic surgery. An electrical engineer turned roboticist with a PhD from Northwestern in haptics, he spent his first job at Computer Motion writing software for the AESOP and ZEUS robots and watched the 2001 Operation Lindbergh, the first transatlantic remote surgery. Twenty-three years at Intuitive Surgical followed, where he rose from control-systems analyst to Chief Digital Officer and Head of Digital and AI Strategy. In April 2026 he returned to the frontier he started on, taking Sovato from early market development toward its first patient programs in 2027.
Robert Masson
Robert Masson is a neurosurgeon turned founder who runs eXeX (Expanded Existence), an AI and mixed-reality platform that captures surgical mastery and pipes holographic guidance into the sterile field. With more than three decades of spine surgery and 13,000-plus procedures behind him, he made global headlines for bringing the Apple Vision Pro into the operating room as a touch-free logistics tool. He is also the founder of the Masson Spine Institute and, at 52, raced to a podium at the Rolex 24 at Daytona alongside his eldest son.
Samuel Ethiopia
Samuel Ethiopia is the CEO and co-founder of DocSpera, a Silicon Valley surgical coordination platform used by thousands of surgeons and 300-plus health systems to synchronize the messy stretch between a surgical decision and a patient's recovery. A chemical engineer turned strategy consultant turned operator, he carried a Kellogg MMM dual degree and stints at Dow, Eli Lilly, PwC's Strategy&, and Yahoo into the operating room's back office, where he now bets that real-time, AI-driven data can make surgery run on time. He also co-founded The Par Fund to back underrepresented entrepreneurs.
