Jeffrey Morelli
Jeffrey Morelli is the co-founder and CEO of Silna Health, a New York company building an AI-powered Care Readiness Platform that automates prior authorizations, benefit checks, eligibility verification, and insurance monitoring for specialty healthcare providers. The son of a career nurse, he was the first sales hire at income-verification startup Truework and earlier worked at autism-care company Nightingale before starting Silna in August 2023 with Pavel Asparouhov and Sagar Jajoo. Silna has raised $27 million from Accel and Bain Capital Ventures and has helped more than 50,000 patients get cleared for care. In 2025 Morelli was named among the Healthcare Technology Report's Top Healthcare Technology CEOs.
Pete Pallarés
Pete Pallarés is the Barcelona-born founder and CEO of Center for Social Dynamics (CSD), an Alameda-based provider of in-home and center-based ABA autism services that has scaled across six western states since 2012. A former college basketball player at the University of Hawaii, he turned a personal experience with dyslexia and ADHD into a multidisciplinary, multilingual treatment company and a foundation that funds students entering the autism field.
Christina Sanders
Christina Sanders, M.A., BCBA is the Chief Executive Officer of Opya (rebranded as Spectrum Pride), a California-based autism early intervention therapy provider delivering ABA, speech, occupational, and feeding therapy to young children. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's from Ball State University, she rose from VP of ABA Clinical Operations to CEO, overseeing a company that has raised $34.7M in venture funding, earned BHCOE 3-year accreditation, and expanded across Northern and Southern California to serve over 110 employees and thousands of families.
