Christian Johan Smith is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Forta Health, the AI-powered, family-centered autism therapy company that raised $55 million in Series A funding in January 2024. Before Forta, he co-founded TrackR — the Bluetooth device tracking company that grew from a garage to $50 million in annual revenue, shipping over 9 million devices worldwide and earning him EY's Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 in Greater Los Angeles. Motivated by personal loss — his mother passed from breast cancer in 2005 when he was a teenager, while 28 nearby clinical studies went unknown to their family — Smith has dedicated his career to making quality healthcare accessible at scale. In 2025 he joined clinical trial AI startup Trially as Chief Revenue Officer.
