For a century, judging whether a sack of green coffee or a batch of cocoa was good enough rested with a trained human palate - skilled, slow, and impossible to scale. ProfilePrint captures that judgment as data.

Its patented digital food Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) technology pairs a proprietary near-infrared analyzer with machine learning.
