Leveraging technology through our people to keep clients at the pinnacle of excellence.
In January 2018, five people rented a residential basement in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and started a software consultancy with more certifications than furniture. They named it Cyntexa. The bet was narrow and specific: become the team enterprises call when they need a cloud platform - Salesforce first, then others - implemented, integrated and actually kept running.
Seven years on, the bet has paid off in a way bootstrapped services firms rarely manage. Cyntexa reports more than 400 professionals, over 350 of them certified Salesforce experts, and a delivery record of 900-plus projects for 710-plus customers spread across 55-plus countries. In December 2024 it reached Salesforce Summit Consulting Partner status - the highest tier in the Salesforce partner program, earned on delivery volume and customer outcomes rather than a signature.
The company is led by co-founders Shrey Sharma, its chief executive, and Vishwajeet Srivastava, its chief technology officer and a Salesforce technical architect. Its practice now spans Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Google Cloud and Nintex, with a fast-growing line in Agentforce and agentic AI. What follows is a plain-language look at what Cyntexa does, who it serves, and where it sits in a crowded market.
Cyntexa is a platform consultancy. Clients rarely want to build a Salesforce or ServiceNow engineering team from scratch, so they borrow one. The company sells that borrowed expertise across the full lifecycle - from first configuration to long-term managed support - and increasingly bundles AI agents on top of the data those platforms already hold.
Implementation, integration, data migration and managed services across Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Data, Financial Services, Health and Nonprofit clouds - plus AppExchange app development.
Design and deployment of Salesforce Agentforce agents and AI automation grounded in live CRM data - built to run in production, not just in a demo.
ITSM, ITOM and employee, customer and technology workflows, Creator workflows and Integration Hub delivery as a certified implementation partner.
Managed services, application development, migration and security across AWS and GCP for clients modernising their infrastructure.
Process automation and RPA delivery on the Nintex platform to remove manual steps from business operations.
On-demand certified platform talent that extends a client's own engineering team - often the low-friction first step into a larger build.
What began in 2018 with five people in a basement is now a global team of 400+ certified professionals.
Enterprises and mid-market organisations across 25-plus industries - nonprofit, healthcare, retail, financial services, education, manufacturing and logistics among them. Cyntexa's public work references humanitarian nonprofit Medecins Sans Frontieres, Arizona State University, Rently and Keels. The common thread: organisations that depend on a cloud platform but do not want to run the platform themselves.
A stalled Salesforce rollout. CRM data that never reached the sales team. A ServiceNow instance no one configured properly. A support desk drowning in tickets an AI agent could triage. Cyntexa's job is to make bought software actually do the work it was purchased for - and then keep it working after go-live, when most implementation partners have moved on.
Delivery footprint - reported figures
The system-integrator market has two ends. At the top sit Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Cognizant and Capgemini - global firms with global rate cards. At the boutique end sit hundreds of regional Salesforce and ServiceNow partners competing on price and responsiveness. Cyntexa positions itself in between: partner-tier credibility at a delivery cost that mid-market buyers can absorb.
Three things distinguish it. First, tier: Summit is Salesforce's top partner level, and few bootstrapped firms of Cyntexa's age reach it. Second, breadth: running Salesforce, ServiceNow and multi-cloud practices under one roof is hard to staff and easy to fake - the tell is certification counts, and Cyntexa publishes large ones. Third, continuity: a managed-services arm means the relationship is built to outlast the implementation.
It competes most directly with mid-market Salesforce specialists such as Grazitti Interactive, Girikon, VRP Consulting, Silverline and Cloudalyze - firms chasing the same enterprises that want expertise without a Big Four invoice. Against them, Cyntexa leans on its partner tier, its security posture (ISO 27001:2022) and a content engine of blogs, webinars and a podcast that keeps it visible to buyers doing their own research.
Where it fits in the wider picture: Cyntexa is a delivery layer on top of the platform ecosystems that now run large parts of enterprise operations. As those platforms push into AI - Salesforce with Agentforce, ServiceNow with its workflow agents - the integration work multiplies, and firms positioned to do it stand to gain. That is the market Cyntexa is betting the next chapter on.
Alongside client work, Cyntexa builds and maintains its own managed apps on the Salesforce AppExchange - a discipline that teaches a services firm what breaks at scale.
Revenue comes from project-based consulting and implementation, recurring managed-services and support contracts, IT staff augmentation, and a smaller stream of subscription AppExchange products. Growth is powered by the platform-partner ecosystems and by content marketing that pulls buyers in while they research.
Tracxn lists revenue of roughly INR 37.1 crore for the financial year ending March 2025. US enrichment directories publish varying estimates - treat any single figure as approximate. What is consistent across sources is the trajectory: bootstrapped, profitable-by-services, and steadily scaling headcount.
