The useful detail in a photograph of TradeWheel’s exhibition stand is a small round table. Around it sit white folding chairs. Behind it, posters advertise search optimization, social media and an international sales manager. A company that helps people find each other on the internet has brought furniture for a conversation. The furniture makes sense. Finding a supplier and deciding to do business with one are very different undertakings.
- A global wholesale marketplace for buyers, manufacturers and exporters.
- Free registration; paid annual plans bundle visibility and sales assistance.
- Its distinctive pitch: people who help turn a listing into a buyer conversation.
TradeWheel operates in that gap. Its marketplace lets businesses publish products, browse suppliers and buyers, send inquiries and request quotations. Its paid services add someone to research prospects, help with quotations and follow up. The company calls this H2H, or human-to-human. Under the abbreviation is a familiar commercial problem: a name in a directory still needs a reason to answer you.

01 / The factory has a product. Now what?
Consider the sequence facing an exporter. A product must be visible, its specifications understandable and its seller credible enough to merit a reply. Then come questions about quantity, price and timing. TradeWheel’s customers include manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and importers. Its catalog crosses industries, from apparel and agriculture to chemicals and industrial equipment. The shared requirement is access to another business, often across a border.
The free starting point is modest and practical. TradeWheel’s learning center describes a company storefront generated within its domain, product displays, buying or selling leads and keyword-based trade alerts. Buyers can search the directory or post a request for quotation. A supplier can therefore establish a presence before committing to an annual marketing bill. The harder question is whether that presence produces relevant conversations.
There is a revealing answer in the FAQ. For inquiries that receive no response, TradeWheel tells users to check that the message was sent and make their requirements more specific. A vague request may leave a supplier unsure what to offer. Here is an immediately copyable lesson: supply the product details and clear pictures before blaming the size of the directory. Search works better when the buyer knows what to ask.

02 / The price of getting a reply
The commercial ladder begins with free registration. TradeWheel’s main premium comparison advertises Gold at $1,499 a year, Gold Advance at $3,999 and VIP at $7,999. Its FAQ specifies annual payment. A separate 2025 Silver brochure lists $499, restricted to certain countries. The distinction matters: the cheapest published package is not a universal offer, and the advertised prices are membership charges, separate from any goods a buyer orders.
Gold includes 200 product postings, 15 showcase products, buyer database access and an international sales manager. Gold Advance adds an independent website, search optimization, social media marketing and tradeshow assistance. VIP expands the offer again. Think of the upper tiers as a directory subscription bundled with parts of a marketing agency. Brochures, branding and web development belong in the package because an unfamiliar supplier needs to explain itself.
The profile stars offer a particularly useful clue. Gold advertises three stars, Gold Advance five and VIP seven. Those stars are package features. Buyers should read them in that context. Suppliers, meanwhile, should assess the work they are purchasing: which buyers are relevant, what outreach is included and how progress will be reported. An annual fee becomes easier to judge when its promised activities are concrete.
03 / A person between the search and the sale
TradeWheel distinguishes two roles in its FAQ. A key account manager helps manage the supplier’s TradeWheel profile. An international sales manager helps promote the company and develop business. The VIP brochure lists buyer research and connection, purchasing requirements, quotation assistance, negotiation help and monthly reporting. This is the company’s most interesting positioning: it sells assistance with the repetitive work surrounding an introduction.

TradeWheel supports discovery and outreach. Buyers and sellers agree the transaction.
Noman Javed, identified by public company databases and the Visionary Leader Awards organizer as founder and CEO, leads a business whose service language repeatedly returns to human contact. TradeWheel also lists media partnerships with Canton Fair and Reed Exhibitions. Its tradeshow services extend to displays, email campaigns, outbound calls and video production. In August 2026, it reported exhibiting at industrial and packaging events in Vietnam and Kenya.

04 / The introduction has a boundary
TradeWheel competes for the attention of businesses that can also explore Alibaba.com, Global Sources, Made-in-China.com and TradeKey. Its case rests on the combined marketplace and service offer. Its current about page claims more than eight million active buyers, seven million active suppliers and 24 million product listings. Those are company-reported counts. They describe the claimed breadth of the directory, rather than the likelihood that one particular exporter will win an order.
The platform’s terms put a firm boundary around the introduction. Transactions are between users; TradeWheel says it does not provide escrow, process their transaction payments or arrange shipping. In a February 2026 response to a customer review, the company also said it does not guarantee sales. Product competitiveness, price, responsiveness and demand still affect the result. A membership cannot make an unsuitable offer attractive.
For an exporter, the useful experiment is to judge the service against a specific market and product. Track qualified replies, quotations and completed orders, alongside the time spent answering them. TradeWheel’s practical insight is that a directory can be paired with persistent commercial attention. The small table at the exhibition stand expresses the proposition rather well. Once somebody has found you, there is still a conversation to have.
