Micah Remley
Micah Remley is the CEO of Robin, a Boston-based workplace platform for hybrid offices - meeting room booking, desk hoteling, wayfinding, and space analytics. He took the top job in January 2022 after selling MineralTree to Global Payments, and previously helped scale energy-management software company EnerNOC from startup to Nasdaq. He is a Yale SOM MBA, a University of Maine ecology grad, and a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
Trip Hofer
Trip Hofer is the CEO of Redox, the healthcare data interoperability company that moved more than 15 billion healthcare transactions across 12,000-plus organizations and 90-plus EHR systems in a single year. A near-25-year veteran of healthcare who started at Booz Allen and the Washington, D.C. mayor's office, he ran the largest mental-health provider in the United States as CEO of Optum Behavioral Solutions and sold virtual-care company AbleTo to Optum in 2020 before taking Redox's helm in November 2023. He is also a Venture Partner at .406 Ventures.
Nicholas Callegari
Nicholas Callegari is the founder, chief engineer, and CEO of Verustruct, a New Haven climate-tech startup building gantry-less 3D printing robots that print entire load-bearing walls - plumbing, wiring, and insulation included. A former SpaceX structures engineer who helped design the Polaris Dawn spacewalk hardware on the Dragon spacecraft, he traded orbit for the housing crisis, betting that the same first-principles engineering used for spacecraft can cut home construction costs in half. He is a 2026 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Manufacturing & Industry and a Yale School of Management MBA.
Pradyut Paul
Pradyut Paul is the CEO and co-founder of Bild, a San Francisco cloud-native product data management (PDM) platform built for hardware engineers. A former RFIC designer at Raytheon and hardware program manager at Apple (iPhone 8 through 11, early AirTags), he started Bild while earning his MBA at Yale, raised $3M in seed funding months after graduating in 2021, and pivoted the company toward version control and collaboration for mechanical engineering teams - growing revenue tenfold in 2023.
Ryan Li
Ryan Li is the co-founder and CEO of Revert Technologies, a climate-tech company building AI-powered smart power adapters that hunt down 'phantom load' - the electricity devices waste while switched off. A chemical engineer turned energy operator, Li drilled deep-sea wells for Shell, designed green hydrogen plants, and ran Alibaba's US SMB business before building hardware in Maine that he describes as 'the easiest energy decision you'll ever make.' His company measures its own success in one unit: tons of CO2 removed.
Colin McGlynn
Colin McGlynn is the Chief Business Officer at Copado, the intelligent DevOps platform built for Salesforce and low-code enterprise development. He runs the commercial engine of a company that raised $140M in Series C funding and crossed a valuation north of $400M. A Dartmouth economics and classical archaeology grad with a Yale MBA, he built his operator's instinct across BCG, Gartner, Business Intelligence Advisors, Uplift, and Own Company, where he overhauled go-to-market for a $150M+ ARR business before taking the reins of Copado's business strategy.
Evan Sussman
Evan Sussman is the co-founder and CEO of Granata Bio, a Boston-based biopharma company expanding access to fertility care by in-licensing IVF medications proven abroad and bringing them through U.S. clinical development and commercialization. A former fertility business unit head at EMD Serono, he built Granata to be revenue-positive early through a fee-for-service model, then raised a $14M Series A led by GV (Google Ventures), extended it, acquired ovarian-aging biotech Oviva Therapeutics, and struck a strategic investment and co-development deal with Gedeon Richter.
Nell Diamond
Nell Diamond is the founder and CEO of Hill House Home, the New York lifestyle brand she launched in 2016 from her dorm at Yale School of Management. She built it on luxury bedding and turned it into a cultural phenomenon with the Nap Dress, a smocked, sleep-soft dress that went viral during the pandemic and once sold $1 million of inventory in 12 minutes. A Princeton English major and daughter of former Barclays CEO Bob Diamond, she traded a finance career for a brand built on community, drops, and her own waist-length-haired, ruffle-forward aesthetic. Hill House raised $20 million in 2022 at a reported $150 million valuation.
