The former Uber and Athletic product leader is building Rec around a practical inversion: useful civic technology should help people close the laptop, find a court and join the life of their city.

Tito Goldstein is the co-founder and co-CEO of Teambridge, an AI-native, composable workforce management platform built for hourly, shift-based, and frontline teams. A former principal product designer at Uber, he and co-founder Arjun Vora interviewed thousands of drivers and realized the self-service and agency of the Uber app was missing for the roughly 60% of the global workforce still stuck on legacy tools. After two years of near-zero revenue, they rebuilt the product as configurable building blocks, and it outsold two years of prior work in its first month. Teambridge now serves 200+ enterprise customers and over 500,000 workers, has raised $35M+ including a $28M Series B, and Goldstein was named to Forbes' Top AI Founders to Watch in 2025.
Sai Alluri
Sai Alluri is the co-founder and CEO of Momos, a Singapore-and-San Diego-based software platform that helps multi-location restaurant brands manage customer feedback, reviews, marketing, and reputation with AI-powered workflows. He was an early Uber employee, helped launch Uber Eats across Asia-Pacific, then built and ran GrabKitchen - Southeast Asia's largest cloud kitchen network - before starting Momos in 2020 with Andrew Liu after watching favorite restaurants shut during COVID. Momos raised a $10M Series A in September 2024, bringing total funding to about $16.5-17M.
Alex Cooper
Alex Cooper is the co-founder and co-CEO of Pathways, a New York climate-AI company building the data layer for sustainable manufacturing. Pathways automates the creation of real-time Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for building-material producers - turning a slow, costly, manual six-to-twelve-month process into something that takes weeks. A decade scaling consumer and data startups (Uber, Clutter, Two Chairs) left Cooper convinced that the manufacturers responsible for roughly 40% of global CO2 deserved software as good as the apps on everyone's phone. He teamed up with Harvard classmate Leise Sandeman in 2022 to prove it.
Jonathan Rat
Jonathan Rat is the Co-Founder and CEO of Archy, an AI-powered all-in-one dental practice management platform based in San Jose, California. A French-born software engineer with a master's in computer science, he spent a decade building payments infrastructure at Facebook, SurveyMonkey, and Uber before co-founding Archy in 2021 alongside former Uber colleagues Ben Kolin and Nimish Sheth. His motivation: watching his wife, Dr. Christine Liu, struggle daily with outdated, fragmented dental software. Archy has since raised $47 million in total funding, serves 2.5 million patients across 45 states, and processes over $100 million in annual payments.
