Work 'N Gear is a U.S. specialty retailer of workwear, work footwear and healthcare apparel, based in Quincy, Massachusetts. For more than three decades it has outfitted blue-collar and medical workers with trusted brands like Carhartt, Dickies, Timberland PRO and Cherokee across a chain of brick-and-mortar stores in the Northeast and Midwest plus a growing e-commerce and B2B business. The company is also known for its 'Boot Trade' program, which redistributes thousands of pairs of gently used work boots to people in need each winter.
Matthew Levesque
Matthew Levesque is chief executive of IntelyCare, the Quincy, Massachusetts nurse-staffing platform that pairs per-diem shifts with roughly a million registered nursing professionals. He arrived in July 2024 after running Groups Recover Together and, before that, connectRN, and before that spending twelve years at athenahealth as it grew from a hundred-million-dollar company to a $1.3 billion one. In December 2025 he engineered IntelyCare's acquisition of CareRev, combining two of the loudest names in shift-based nurse labor into a single platform for hospitals and post-acute facilities.

Ted Lee is a technology entrepreneur and recurring-revenue strategist who is the founder and CEO of SmarTrak.ai, an AI platform that turns messy Cisco install-base, contract, and subscription data into renewal revenue for channel partners. With more than two decades building SaaS and Sales-as-a-Service companies, he previously ran Annuity Systems, co-led Linvio after their 2017 merger, and was managing partner of R2 Innovate. He works out of Quincy, Massachusetts, and co-founded the conversation marketplace Blitzr.
