Before Kickoff he was a Bain consultant and a BuildZoom SVP; today he runs the company on a Notion-and-Metabase stack with a mission to make elite coaching something that doesn't require an elite bank account.
Dugal Bain-Kim
Dugal Bain-Kim is the co-founder and CEO of Lifeforce, a clinically integrated health optimization platform he launched in February 2022 with Tony Robbins, Dr. Peter Diamandis and Joel Jackson. An Australian-born finance and healthcare operator who went from BlackRock and Cambridge to telehealth, he built Lifeforce after his own fragmented hunt for answers about his changing body at 38. The company tests 40+ biomarkers via at-home blood draws and pairs the data with clinicians, coaching and supplements, on a stated mission to extend healthy lifespan for five million people by 2030.

Kian Sadeghi is the founder and CEO of Nucleus Genomics, a New York biotech building consumer whole-genome sequencing that aims to put your DNA in your pocket. He dropped out of the University of Pennsylvania at 20, taught himself genetics across 18 notebooks in a Brooklyn year he hid from his parents, won a Thiel Fellowship, and raised roughly $32 million from Peter Thiel, Alexis Ohanian's Seven Seven Six, Balaji Srinivasan and Founders Fund. His mission traces to a cousin who died young of a suspected heart-rhythm disorder, and his blunt embrace of 'genetic optimization' has made him one of the most debated young founders in biotech.
