CareHarmony is a Brentwood, Tennessee healthcare technology and services company that helps hospitals, health systems, and ACOs run preventative care programs - chronic care management, remote patient monitoring, annual wellness visits, and transitional care management - between office visits. It pairs clinical care teams with its CareBlocks machine-learning technology (delivered through the Symphony platform) to enrich clinical and claims data with social-determinant signals, target interventions, and scale care to populations roughly ten times larger than traditional staffing allows, all at zero upfront cost to its provider partners.

WTHN is a modern wellness brand rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, built to make acupuncture, cupping, herbal remedies and acupressure tools accessible to everyday people. Founded in New York in 2019 by Michelle Larivee and Dr. Shari Auth, it pairs design-forward studios across NYC with an at-home product line sold through 200+ retailers and e-commerce, aiming to take centuries-old healing out of the back room and into modern life.
Saad Alam
Saad Alam is the co-founder and CEO of Hone Health, a telehealth platform built around preventative, biomarker-driven longevity care. After a year lost inside the conventional healthcare system, he set out to build the clinic he wished he'd found. Hone now counts hundreds of thousands of tested patients and closed a $33M Series A in early 2025, alongside the acquisition of in-home care company ivee. Before Hone, Alam co-founded the edtech company Citelighter and led market research for Eli Lilly's neuroscience franchise.
Elinor Huang
Elinor (Wen-Hsin) Huang is the Founder and CEO of MEandMine, a San Jose-based AI-powered mental health platform for K-12 students that uses gamified, neuroscience-backed tools to help children build emotional regulation skills before crises emerge. Motivated by the loss of an MIT classmate to suicide and the 11-year average gap between symptom onset and treatment, she built MEandMine into a certified B Corp with partnerships spanning Google, Stanford Medicine, and the NYC Department of Education, and raised $6.6M in venture funding including a $4.5M round in June 2024.
