Joe Loy
Joe Loy is the President and CEO of Zetagen Therapeutics, a Syracuse, New York clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing small-molecule therapies to treat metastatic cancer in bone and soft tissue while regenerating healthy bone. A serial entrepreneur with several successful exits, Loy has spent his career building teams around first-to-market medical technologies at companies including US Surgical, Pfizer/Leibinger, NuVasive, and Stryker. Since taking the helm in January 2019, he has guided Zetagen through two FDA Breakthrough Device Designations, multiple financing rounds, and the launch of Phase 2a clinical trials for its lead candidate ZetaMet.
Jason Andringa
Jason Andringa is the third-generation president and CEO of Vermeer Corporation, the Pella, Iowa manufacturer of industrial and agricultural equipment founded by his grandfather Gary Vermeer in 1948. A mechanical engineer who once worked at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory before joining the family business in 2005, he took the top job in 2015 and led the roughly 4,400-employee company through a devastating 2018 tornado and the pandemic, growing it stronger while staying, in his words, oriented to the long term.

Duncan MacLean is the President and CEO of MacLean-Fogg, the Mundelein, Illinois manufacturing company his great-grandfather founded in 1925. A Dartmouth-trained engineer who started in quality control as a teenager, he is the fourth generation of his family to run the roughly $1 billion enterprise. He joined as a manufacturing engineer in 1996, spent 4.5 years in Germany, rebuilt the components business after the 2008 recession, and now leads global operations across fasteners, power systems, plastics, and 3D-printed tooling as the company crosses its 100-year mark.
