Duet is a San Jose-based software company that builds an all-in-one dispatching, scheduling, and billing platform for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers. Founded by Jing Zhu, the company started as a neighborhood carpooling app and pivoted into medical transportation, where it now helps ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher fleets of every size handle booking, real-time tracking, driver management, billing, and broker integration. Duet pairs its software with hands-on support - training, marketing, market research, and back-office staffing - aimed at helping small and growing NEMT operators get off the ground and scale.
MAGIIS
MAGIIS is a white-label, AI-powered operating system for people-transportation providers - the chauffeur, limo, taxi, paratransit and non-emergency medical transport operators who move passengers for hire. Founded by serial entrepreneur Leonardo Gannio, the B2B SaaS platform bundles autonomous dispatching, omnichannel booking, fleet and driver management, integrated payments and an affiliate marketplace so small and mid-size fleets can run like ride-hailing giants without building the tech themselves. Headquartered in the Miami area with operations across Argentina, Colombia, Bolivia and Peru, MAGIIS charges a 5% pay-as-you-go fee for small fleets and annual subscriptions for larger ones.

Jing Zhu is the Founder and CEO of Duet (Dashboard Story, Inc.), a B2B SaaS platform built for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers across the United States. A Cornell PhD-turned-Berkeley MBA, she spent a decade in corporate healthcare before founding Duet — first as a neighborhood carpooling app, then pivoting to a full-stack dispatching and billing platform that helps wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory transport operators run leaner and get paid faster. Based in San Francisco, Zhu leads a 12-person team and has raised $120K in seed funding.
