Tasso Roumeliotis and the business of picking up
Raised around a Montreal convenience store, Tasso Roumeliotis built Location Labs, sold it to AVG, and started again with familiar colleagues. At Numa, he is betting that the next customer relationship begins with the call somebody almost missed.
Joel Grossman and the Long Art of Answering the Call
He began with an empty desk and helped build one company to a $220 million exit. At Numa, Joel Grossman is applying the same patient operating logic to the ringing phones, missed messages and frayed handoffs of the modern car dealership.
Andy Ruff
Andy Ruff is the co-founder and Chief Product & Tech officer at Numa, an AI communication platform purpose-built for automotive dealerships. A lifelong product builder who started writing software at 13, Ruff led the 100-person team that created the first Microsoft Outlook for Mac client, then scaled Location Labs to over 3 million monthly subscribers before its $220M acquisition. At Numa, he is building the AI stack that converts missed dealership calls into revenue - helping the $1.2 trillion retail automotive sector catch up to the digital age.
