Brian Pallas is the Italian founder and CEO of Opportunity Network, a private business-matching platform where vetted CEOs and investors anonymously connect on commercial, fundraising, investing and M&A deals above $1M. What started as an anonymous newsletter he circulated at Columbia Business School to help his father's Milan family business grew into one of the world's largest communities of CEOs and investors, with tens of thousands of vetted members across 130+ countries and hundreds of billions in transaction flow. A former Boston Consulting Group consultant with private equity and investment banking experience, Pallas also co-founded Collective Equity Ownership and the Milan real estate firm Medhelan Capital.

Elisa Piscitelli is the CEO and co-founder of Futurely (myfuturely.com), an Italian edtech platform that uses data and structured self-discovery to help teenagers choose what to study and who to become. A management engineer from Politecnico di Milano who went on to McKinsey and an MIT Master in Business Analytics on a Zegna scholarship, she traded a data-science career in California to build a company that now guides over 14,000 students a year across 50 schools and 30 companies. She was named to Forbes Italia's 30 Under 30 in 2021 for her work in education.
Steven Motta
Steven Motta is the co-founder and CEO of Waveful, an AI-powered social app for sharing passions, building communities and letting creators monetize their content. He wrote his first money-making code at age 9, shipping Minecraft mods that drew more than two million downloads, then designed the first version of Waveful at 16 with his older brother Dennis. By 2025 Waveful had crossed four million users, surpassed $1M in in-app purchases, and became one of the most downloaded social apps of the year. He was the youngest founder in his a16z Speedrun batch and closed a $2.1M seed round in September 2025.

Lisa M. Olson, Ph.D., is a biopharmaceutical research leader who became CEO of Milan-based clinical-stage biotech Enthera Pharmaceuticals in January 2024, after years on its board and as chair of its Scientific Advisory Board. Across two decades in immunology drug discovery - 15 years at AbbVie/Abbott where she helped advance 15 molecules into the clinic including Rinvoq, plus roles at Pfizer and as Chief Scientific Officer of Magenta Therapeutics - she has built a career turning biology into medicine. At Enthera she is steering the clinical development of Ent001, a first-in-class antibody targeting the IGFBP3/TMEM219 pathway for inflammatory bowel disease and type 1 diabetes.
