Vetnio
Vetnio is a Swedish AI copilot that automates the paperwork of veterinary medicine. It listens to consultations between vets and pet owners, writes structured clinical notes, drafts client communications, and offers science-backed diagnostic prompts - giving clinicians back roughly two hours a day. Founded in 2024 by longtime friends Arman Karegar and Max Henry Xie, it is one of the few European veterinary companies backed by Y Combinator (W25).
Jaimal Soni
Jaimal Soni is the co-founder and CEO of Insight Health AI, an Austin-based healthcare startup building AI agents that handle clinical busywork - referrals, intake, scheduling, fax processing, and note-taking - so clinicians can spend more time with patients. A University of Waterloo engineer and former Y Combinator founder, he spent six-plus years at Segment leading global sales engineering ahead of its $3.2 billion Twilio acquisition, and co-led R&D on Twilio's CustomerAI. He founded Insight Health in 2023 with a cardiologist, a neurosurgeon, and a former Twilio infrastructure leader; the company raised an $11 million Series A in April 2026 led by Standard Capital.
Zach Rosen
Zach Rosen is the co-founder and CEO of Brellium, a New York healthcare startup whose AI reads every patient chart a provider group produces, checking it against more than a thousand clinical and payor standards before a claim ever goes out. He started the company after a personal misdiagnosis cost him two years that, he learned, a few unchecked boxes in a chart could have prevented. A Berkeley Haas grad who passed through Paycom engineering, Moelis investment banking, and a first healthcare venture called Sapien, Rosen raised a $16.7M Series A in April 2025 from First Round Capital and Left Lane Capital and counts Grow Therapy, Talkiatry, Headspace, and Rula among Brellium's customers.
